The main door have a gap and the timber door a bit stuck. Sound travels clearly from the next room. The wc cubicle is too tight, my knee was on the door. There was no convinience store nearby. have to walk a bit far

The room was big, the bed was comfy the ac was working well and the shower works well. The staffs are nice and friendly. The hotel have a nice design. Quiet location, walking distance from the beach.

Tv didn’t work, could get sound but no picture. Construction work from the adjoining hotel was very loud sometimes, not a fault of the hotel but unfortunate as otherwise it is a very serene place.

Close to the main beach and lots of restaurants, but nice and quiet. Layout was nice with the pool at the bottom, and the atrium of rooms above it. With the surrounding plants and decor, it gave a really nice calm atmosphere. Room was really nicely furnished, I liked the wooden and linen decor. Stylish but homely.

In my opinion, they should have more options on the mini bar and maybe something easy to eat, because we had to order food a lot of times to the hotel when we didn’t want to go out. also, it would help to have a breakfast option. as well as a smartv so guests could watch Netflix specially when travel with kids.

The place is really good in general, comfortable, calm, good to rest, the staff is very friendly and attentive. the room was very clean, good shower too. we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place absolutely !

The hotel cannot help it, but there is a restaurant/bar just behind and it's loud until like 2am, then at 7.45 am there were construction work just next to the hotel which was very loud and woke us up. Once those are over and the area is improved (lots of constructions and empty pieces of land) it should become a very attractive hotel.

The hotel was good looking with confortable room and bed. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's close to the beach but we were there in winter so a bit empty.

- In the photos the buildings look bigger with bigger pool and spacious rooms than in reality, so when i first check-in, I feel a little bit disappointed. - The room has modern AC, but during the night, I usually need to change the temperature so it would be handy if I have a remote control with me on the bed instead of having to walk out of the bed to get to the dashboard to change to temperature. - Because the hotel sometimes have only 1 receptionist, I have to wait for a long time for someone to pickup. I guess because he/she has to go support other customers. All the receptionist were very helpful, friendly and I love them.

We requested an airport transfer and they quoted us 550,000 but when we arrived at the airport a taxi driver told us a taxi shouldn’t cost more than 140,000

The aesthetics and architecture of the building is fabulous. If you’re looking to stay a little away from the overcrowded street, this is for you. You can walk to all the main places or get a grab taxi. The rooms are super spacious, extremely clean and the staff are lovely (make sure to download google translate, like in most of Vietnam, English communication is a bit tricky) . The breakfast was brilliant too.

A lot of noise and there is barely noise canceling between rooms, especially near construction buildings. The pool and also sidewalks were pretty dirty while it rains.
