Great location with good restaurants and bars around it. Breakfast is excellent and a lot of options. They have a very good barista and a lot of great coffee options available. The room was big and quiet with a great bed.

Located near clubs and bars so gets quite noisy at night.

The property was perfectly situated away from the busy Main Street. Conveniently located near the department store to get the much needed aircon from the heat. Lots of great eats located just on the doorstep. The staff are super friendly and speak very good English. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast offer is mediocre. I have been staying in the hotel several times and got more used to getting a Banh Mi and coffee outside of the hotel in the morning, which is easily possible.

The M Hotel is nice Boutique Hotel. Its smaller size means that it is not overloaded with people, which gives it a calm atmosphere. While many hotels go for a French colonial style, the M Hotel has a very modern design from its reception to its rooms. The room design and layout make the average size room feel more spacious and comfortable! The corner rooms with extended window front are especially nice! The hotel is situated right in the middle of the action of District 1! From shopping to dining to bars to all major tourist attractions, all can be reached on foot.

The requests made four months before booking were ignored. All staff said was sorry and didn’t seem bothered! You could hear noise all night. Bathroom was not designed well, sliding doors which doesn’t lock, fabric curtain which is unhygienic!! Water everywhere in shower!!

Modern and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a good location near markets and restaurants. Does get a bit load at night as the hotel is surrounded by bars and clubs. However, we had a restful night, and the reception team even sent us a little surprise to our room to celebrate our honeymoon.

My first stay and met my expectations so far.

The counter staff very polite and friendly. The room I stayed is marvellous. Location is excellent with restaurants, bar and shopping centres just steps away.

There isn’t much storage in the bathroom (no shelf inside shower you have to pull back the curtain to access your toiletries) and only one hook for towels in a room that accommodates two people. Whilst it’s central which is great for tourists, note there are clubs across the road which means it can get a little loud.

A bit too minimalistic for my liking but that’s a personal thing. For the money, I’d prefer a bit more on offer. The shower is in with the toilet so water goes everywhere and really no privacy from toilet to rest of the room. No soundproofing for the front door so quite noisy from others outside on same floor. Mini bar not fully stocked upon arrival and despite a request to fill, not all items there. We ended up not using it but was a noticeable miss on their end. Staff willing to help but not able to truly provide good recommendations around town vs extensive knowledge from other hotels whilst in country.
