Wifi was not working we had to use our data. Soundproofing was terrible, kept us awake alot. Room could've been in a better state (cracks on the wall, stains on the bed, certain wall plugs not working, alot of stairs to go up)

The staff is great, they have been super helpful with everything, from suggestions on what to see to bus and tour booking. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable! Big bathroom with everything you need. Nice breakfast Overall it has been a very good stay in a very nice and comfy bedroom for a very low price! Mostly recommended

We booked a room for four people with two double beds. The room was small, just enough for two, but definitely not for four. We had to ask to clean the room and empty the bins.You can't expect a lot for what we paid, so after all, we can't complain.

They have the basic amenities and it's clean. A good walkable location to all attractions. Nearby to Bui Vien and mini shops are just round the corner. You can find ATMs about 2 mins walk after the local morning market. There's a bakery and le chi Cha drinks round the corner from here. You may also book your tours thru here, choose the tours and they'll arrange them for you. You can do Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong delta tours. We even requested for a private transport to Ben Tre and they got us a driver who was willing to stop by at Vinh Trang Pagoda before heading to our homestay at Ben Tre. Thank you to the friendly staffs for giving clear information on how to go around the city. It's our first time in Vietnam and they made our stay memorable. I like the fact that they have breakfast in the morning with 3 different menus. Their chicken pho is tasty. The place doesn't have any lift but I like the good exercise each morning, it gets you warm up before exploring the city.

Room is too small with hardly any elbow space. Non availability of lift is a big drawback. AC is not very user friendly to operate.

Location and cleanliness is excellent. All must visit sites in HCM City is easily reachable. Staff members are extremely honest, sincere and helpful.

As I mentioned above - the cleanliness of the room leaves a little to be desired. A big problem for some may be the lack of elevators, but in our case the second floor did not cause problems. The view from the window was also terrible, as it was pointing directly into a residential building just 3 meteres across the alley, so you are unable to open curtains at any point, unless you want to be seen by other people. One can also complain about the comfort of the bed, which was of Japanese standard - very hard. Maybe not very comfortable, but at least healthy for the spine:)

The biggest advantage by far is the location, which is a great hub for sightseeing and especially nightlife in Bui Vien. The room was smaller than the pictures showed, but it was still fully adequate for 2 people. As for cleanliness it was acceptable, but there are still many elements to be improved. There was a stain on the bedding, there was a fungus in the corner of the room, and the bathroom also felt that it had not been refreshed for a long time. The breakfast selection was poor, but the fried noodles were tasty and the portion was adequate. The staff, despite the language barrier, was helpful and assisted with the following without any problems: arranging excursions, buying a SIM card and printing boarding passes before departure.

While am talking with my friend as she was only relying to wifi. The connection is not good. Randomly we get disconnected. This was happened to her entire stay at hotel for 3 nights.

I booked my friend to this hotel. As what she is telling me the staff are very accommodating. They go beyond customer service. They response as fast as they can to my questions and assistance.

The area where is located is not the cleanest. It’s between a market and a party street so it’s quite busy and dirty. Breakfast should improve a bit as well

Decent hotel located in distric 1. For a couple nights it’s okay. The room is nice but it’s very humid and it’s hard to set the AC to help with that. Good overall.

It's no 5 star hotel but offers fantastic value for your money. Comparable to decent budget hotel at hostel prices. Great location. Staff are kind and friendly and breakfast is decent even if it lacks variety. No elevator but luggage can be lifted via motorized cable. Rooftop patio is an interesting space but would be better if there were an electrical outlet, a vending machine or something, as it is now its hard to justify the trip up so many stairs. Highly recommend for a budget conscious tourist!

Great location just around the corner from Bui Vien walking street but in a quiet alley. The staff was very helpful with booking tours, providing fast laundry service and storing luggage. Good Vietnamese breakfast too!

The room was quite small but perfectly adequate.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was in walking distance of the main sites but well-situated along a quiet alley. Breakfast was simple but adequate. There is an ingenious pulley system to lift luggage to the upper floors. The bed was very comfortable and the water hot. The hotel organised an airport transfer for us.
