Very minor point but restaurant is quite a bit more expensive than you would expect. Great restaurants nearby which are better value for money and just as good food.

Absolutely stunning location and views. Free bicycles to use. Great place to relax. Bit more expensive than surrounding places but worth it for a night or two. Superb breakfast in the morning.

The food is quite disappointing and the decor is quite run down. Id recommend upgrading to the suite and not just the normal rooms

The view from our suite was amazing, also enjoyed the bath tub in the room and the free bikes to go out and explore. Id recommend climbing 1200 steps to get to Chieu Cave which is not far from the resort and we also cycled to see Go Lau waterfall

Unfortunately, there were a lot of kids around & although, it clearly said that too much noise should be avoided, this wasn’t enforced. The pool area was really noisy with screaming kids & parents … doesn’t really make for a relaxing experience!

The restaurant of the hotel is unreasonably overpriced (even hotel guests have 10% off). You'll find better food for like 1/4 of the price at surrounding restaurants and homestays. Same for the tours they offer in the hotel.

Very nice view! We had a great time enjoying the surrounding villages with the free bicycles of the hotel. The bungalow was very comfortable and spacious and it had an awesome private jaccuzzi!

The beautiful room and views of the area. The bathtub was fun to use. The tours we did to The lake and Pu Luong with Vuong were awesome. The bike rides around the villages was a lovely way to see the sights from up close. The local food was yummy. The flowers, bees and butterflies are beautiful. The Lodge staff were always smiling and helpful. The help with transfers and tours was much appreciated. Thank you. We had a wonderful time.

Too expensive for what you get, especially in Vietnam, the rooms and bathrooms looked a lot nicer in the pictures. The pool has no handicap accessibility for an older couple. The breakfast was ok, not the best. Lunch and Dinner were ok, but we felt it was too expensive, but there really are no other choices around, unless you have your own transportation. Transportation is outrageous, if you’re unable to use, bikes, or their motor scooters they will call for an electric car, but they charge too much for being in Vietnam, we were paying less than $2 everywhere in Hanoi for Grab cars, here nothing less than $7 for a five minute ride, so If you’re unable to walk to town, as we were, be prepared to be paying a bit for transportation.

The property is nice and the surrounding area is nice, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely everything! The rooms, the swimming pool (the private one), the view, the surrounding and of course the staff who were really helpful. The bikes were offered for free to let you discover the field rice. If there is a place to be in Mai Chau, that should be this hotel.

I can’t fault anything.

It was quite a long journey (3.5 hours) from central Hanoi and I hoped it was going to be worth it. It most certainly was!! The location and views are breathtaking, the food amazing and cycling round the local villages was fascinating. If you can, I would highly recommend upgrading to a suite with valley view. You get your own private pool and uninterrupted views of the paddy fields and local life.

We surely got unforgettable memories over there. If we are back one day to Mai Chau, we will definitely book this hotel.

Fantastic location in the valley. A treat for the eye. Was quite hot and facilities were great. Some rooms are a little out dated but given the location and the surroundings it not a huge issue.
