The motorbikes for rent are so old. Mine broke down on a busy road and had to find a mechanic to fix it.

Mai Chau Sky Resort exceeded our expectations! The balcony was great and the room was simple but comfortable and had everything needed. The staff are so kind, friendly and caring. The swimming pool is also great! We would definitely stay here again!

The whole place felt a bit tired, past its prime and could have been cleaner. The rooms were spacious but there was grime in all the corners and grooves, dead bug splatters on the walls that would be so simple to clean but no one bothered.

Lovely pool and lots of room to sit around the pool in the shade. Excellent food and great value for money, esp the 4 set menus, which was a lot of food and would easily feed 3 people. Staff was lovely.

Incredibly loud karaoke right nextdoor to our room, then in the morning from 6am a large group of guests were blasting out music from a mega speaker attached to their tour buggy. Not great for a baby.

Stunning views from the pool and rooms, wide glass windows so you can enjoy the views from there (useful with a baby) Great location! Great value!

the bathroom is not very comfortable. the beds were really hard. we used the laundry service and some of the clothes came back with ink.

we came here after a really bad hotel with moldy smell. the view from the hotel is amazing with the pool in it so we loved the place.

The staff are friendly and one speaks really good English. The pool is really nice in front of the chalets. The breakfast is good and you can borrow bikes and do your own touring through the rice fields

It was the second time I came here but it was not as good as the 1st time. There were mouses running on the roof at night. The pool is not really clean.

worth the money and food is delicious. One plus is that they offered some dancing/singing performances by local people.

The cleaning is just not thorough enough. When we arrived there were some old mosquitos stuck to the floor. We have asked for cleaning on the next day and even though the room looked better, the bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned. Also the staff seemed not to care too much.

This place gave us a lot of mixed feelings. Location is absolutely fantastic and the bungalows are built with a lot of respect towards the local architecture and it's all very pretty however, everything was a bit run down. Walls had plenty of mosquito spots and the bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. The pool was good and it's after all quite good value for what you get.

Decor a little tired but bed comfortable and slept very well.

Tien was amazing. He brought our dinner to the food. the food was some of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Pool area is wonderful. The morning view is stunning.

The staff did not go out of their way to be friendly to us foreign travellers. The evening meal we had there was horrible, worst grilled chicken of my life, just no love put into the meals. Our room was not serviced on the second day, had to ask for water, coffee sachets and toilet paper.

The location is absolutely stunning and the rooms are very modern and comfortable.

Our stay at Mai Chau Sky resort has been a wonderful experience. The staff has been amazingly nice and helpful. The food was very good. The location is perfect and the free bikes a 4 stars service. The location is perfect to discover this wonderful valley. A special thank you to the staff and the family owner who welcomed us very well despite the fact that it was the vietnamiese new year and everything is pretty much closed during this celebration.

The meal proposed a bit expensive. As it's in a small village, you have early morning the coq and some dogs barking.

We liked the location, the rooms (size, clean, isolated), the breakfast, the possibility to take good bycicles, to order a motorbike, the advices what to do.

It was the most expensive place we've stayed in while in Vietnam. Mai Châu is a beautiful area with rice fields on your doorstep. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, very hard matress (this is expected when in Vietnam though) . We had to pre-order dinner before 4pm so generally we ate out daily as we didn't want to set any plans in stone. Not many vegetarian options so personally I was quite limited.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was amazing and we had the place to ourselves as far as we saw there was no other tourists! The village nearby was great, good food and a cocktail bar nearby. We hired peds one day from Mai Châu and they were reliable and great to explore the area.
