What a hotel ! Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great food .. especially breakfast. An amazing reception greets you when u arrive along with a welcome fresh drink. Rooms very high standard .. incredible comfortable bed. Pool area very nice as was the gym and sauna. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Well maintained rooms and facilities. Excellent atmosphere, relaxed and quiet. Good breakfast buffet. Adequate gym and pool. Of the four 5 star hotels we stayed in Ho Chi Minh City, Mai House easily takes the crown for overall comfort.

Service, service, service! If you want to be treated like royalty, go to the May House Saigon Hotel! The property is clean, pristine and has everything a facility should have. It’s the little things that made our stay and if we ever find ourselves in Saigon, we will definitely be returning! Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay.

As soon as we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they made sure we could check into our room as soon as possible. The room was large and very well fitted out and the bed exceptionally comfortable. We used both the spa and the roof top bar - great service at both. The hotel is in a good location too. Would stay again

We arranged the airport pick up/drop off with the hotel and were charged $50 per way. Since it was our first time in Vietnam, we didnt know what the rates would be like so it seemed reasonable. Later we realized using the cab hailing services you could go to the airport in less than $5. 300-400% mark up for services like this may be acceptable, but 1000% mark up is just outrageous and we really didnt appreciate the hotel taking advantage of tourists who may not be familiar with the country like this.

The hotel is very well located, extremely clean, the rooms are very comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast.

Wifi had some up and downs. At breakfast, saw some adult guests coming in pajama, a dresscode would be needful. Some other guests were serving themselves huge plates leaving empty certain part of the buffet… they didn’t even finish their plates, so much waste unfortunately

Just to manage expectations, children, even residents, are not allowed in the rooftop bar after 9pm. Completely understand that the hotel can have a policy about this but we hadn’t been advised. Resulted in two very disappointed children who wanted to see the lights of Ho Chi Minh City on their last night ( quiet midweek night & we were only going to stay for one drink) and weren’t able to as we got there at 9.03 after dinner. Again I completely understand that a hotel can have this policy but we just weren’t advised, will know for next time!

Couldn't fault it

This hotel was up there with one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The decor was amazing. The bedrooms were fantastic with the most comfortable beds you will sleep on. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was exceptional. My advice would be to book this hotel as you will not be disappointed. 15 mins from airport. 10 minutes from Saigon Square and markets. We will definitely be back.
