The location is great, close to the centre but still very quiet. The pool is very refreshing! The best thing is the people working there! They are so nice! Helped us with everything: Laundry, recommendations, and trip to Hué!

This does not feel like a budget hotel at all. It's only a 5 minute walk from Hoi An ancient town and amazing restaurants. Minty greeted us and helped us throughout our trip, making recommendations and organising tours/taxis for us. She was so kind and helpful. The room had everything and more, was clean and had great air con. The trees and plants surrounding this hotel make it feel like a secret tropical paradise, perfect to come back to after a hot day walking around Hoi An. We didn't use the pool as we ran out of time, but looked so inviting and very clean.

I book double room but they give us twin room, so it’s inconvenient for couple stay. The floor is a lot of dirt and room have mosquitoes. But it not affects much our first time experiences in Hoi An. Give 8 stars plus 2 stars more because of the staffs.

The location is very nice,Near ancient town. Quiet, have swimming pool. Staffs are super friendly and willing to help anything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The homestay was well located near the “historic town” but in a residential area so it was quiet and away from the tourists. We tried two rooms (we extended our stay directly with the hotel) and both rooms were great and provided excellent value for money. The rooms were big and bright and had a balcony overlooking the pool or the “city” and the beds were large and comfy. The fridge was well stocked and cold, so you could have a few bevvies on the balcony. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough especially for the price. The family running this place were brilliant and really added to our experience here. Highly recommended.

The staff were very accommodating and had lot of good recommendations. The location was great, close to everything but quiet. We had a room facing away from the pool as it had a little more privacy than looking directly across into another visitors, that said, the view of the pool was sensational, as was the pool itself.

Lovely oasis in an alley. Room is spacious and we appreciated the 2 basins.The pool is sheltered and cool and perfect after a hot day sightseeing. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Basically everything: the warm welcoming, the intimate pool, the spacious room and the position, very close to the city center but perfectly off the busiest zone, in a calm neighborhood. All the requests we had (scooter rental, boat tickets to Cham islands, problem with the phone sim card etc) were immediately satisfied with much kindness. I imagine there are other great places in town as the competition is fierce, but the quality/price ratio was great.

Nice and warm welcoming. The people at the desk were always helpful and kind, we felt like at home. Beautiful and spacious room with a super comfortable bed. Also the swimming pool is great to rest and relax after exploring Hoi An. The hotel offer you the possibility to get a bike which I find pretty helpful

The location of the hotel is great. Few minutes walk from the historic centre but no noise from the crowd and music, perfect! The hotel is very comfortable and clean and we liked the swimming pool much! The service is excellent. Anything you ask they do their utmost to help you in the best way possible. Beach towels are available and worth booking the Memories show with the hotel. Definitely also a must do when you visit this hotel is to have a breakfast or lunch at Demo caffee, just around the corner. Excellent food and drinks! Overall, we felt very welcome at the hotel, treated in every way as real guests and an added highlight of our holiday! Would book it again next time.

Really don't have any negatives!

+ staff were so friendly and helpful. Minty gave us really good recommendations for coffee, food etc. We were able to communicate very easily with her via Whatsapp as well + very good location - walking distance to most things! + clean rooms, and as described or seen in pictures + Wifi worked very well + Private airport transfers were not over priced + Great water pressure in the shower + Pool was kept clean, and could really take a dip whenever!
