The photos are maybe a bit misleading in the Booking.com selection as they mostly show the larger rooms with sofa / dining table. Ours was a lot smaller than that but still ok. The bedsheets were plastic rather than cotton and this meant they were very static and not very comfortable to sleep in. We had some issues with the drains but this felt like a fairly normal thing in Hanoi.

The room was a fairly good size and had lots of storage which was great for our extended stay. The wifi was really good and the desk space very useful since we had work to do during our visit.

Not super clean. Black mould in shower corners and stains on kitchen cupboards. The lift was also not cleaned regularly with stains on the chrome panels.

Stunning views of the lake from most windows. Loved the area, which is quiet and right on the lake with ample coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance., although it's super easy and cheap to catch a grab further afield and to the old quarter, etc. There's also a roof top terrace , perfect for a romantic sundowner with 360° lake views.

No clothes rack so it forces you to use the wash and dry function of the machine that takes a long time

The kitchen wasn’t properly equipped (no cups!) and the water supply went off once, but otherwise all was fine for a few days in Hanoi.

The appartment is very nice, two bedrooms two bathrooms, modern facilities. Great beds! Location is good and quiet, take a grab if you want to go to the center.

We didn't use the kitchen (except for washer/dryer), but equipment is sparse if you wanted to make a meal we think. Also, the apartment is clean at first glance but could benefit from a deep clean. But did not detract from an overall very positive experience.

Great location in Tay Ho right on West Lake (which is lovely to run around or walk around). Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, especially just further in Quang An. Old Quarter is an easy Grab ride away. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, private and quiet. Lovely to sit on balcony too - opens onto quiet courtyard. Air-conditioning throughout and can be individualised for every room. Staff were super helpful - we could chat to them via WhatsApp, they organised an airport transfer for us, they also organised a late check-out.

Just a few small things lacking. - The bed was rock solid, so sleep wasn't the greatest - There wasn't a clothes horse to hang up our washing, so we needed to get creative

The location was great as it was in a quieter part of the city, yet it was easily accessible from the Old Quarter, but the view makes up for it. It was really safe. There's a gate that requires a key code to enter. Once you're through that, the elevator only works with a tag. And then there's obviously a key for your apartment, and because we booked the 2 story apartment, the the whole 'floor' was ours.

It was a very small studio hence felt congested. Not exactly a full fledged apartment. Location is a bit far from old quarter.

Given the lake location, I expected a nice neighborhood, where we could enjoy jogging or walking around, finding places for children to play. Streets are not clean, lake is dirty.

- it was pretty dirty as some reviews mention on google mentioned, the beds were clean in our case, but the lounge had lots of marks and there was left over takeaway food still in the fridge. I believe the place is under staffed as the guy at front desk seemed very busy

- the layout was great for 2 couples with 2 rooms (1 with on suite bathroom) - rooftop bar to see a view over the city at sunset

Nice clean and a very quiet area. Grab to the old quarter cost like £2 and takes 15 minutes or so. Perfect place really can't fault it. The studio apartments are in a separate building around the corner. Perfect smart TV for late night watching and Netflix etc.

We booked our flights to Vietnam to celebrate the Lunar New Year and had a great time in the flat. The rooms are spacious; everything is provided, it's easy to find, the aircon is appropriate, and the beds are large and quite nice. The staff was absolutely great, they helped us not only with the local arrangements but also with the bookings of day trips, it was fantastic!

1. the master bath room should add the shower curtain to avoid water split out to the floor . 2. the electric hot water pot was not working . 3. balcony furniture is dusty other than these minor things , we still like the apartment in this location . Hopefully , all the above could be improved when we come back next time : )

like the atmosphere of the whole neighborhood and couple of quality restaurants and cafe , bars close by . especially after our 4 days stays in old quarter . it's perfect balance for staying in a calm and more relaxed area of the city

Kitchen is not well equipped if you plan on cooking, but with the great offer of local food around, you can just skip the cooking part. Apartment could use some more thorough cleaning in the corners, but overall it's fine. Hot water was working funny at times.

It's a very comfortable location if you want to stay out of the busy life of old quarter, still it's very convenient and offers many attractions nearby. We got the apartment with washing machine with dryer which was super handy. It's quiet during weekdays (not sure about weekends with the rooftop bar).

Lovely, new, spacious, comfortable, value for money! Staff is very helpful. West lake is a very nice Location to enjoy true Hanoian lifestyle, if one wants to avoid touristic places

We had to ask for an additional towel and gel for the washing machine. One of the rooms was without windows.

The bed is comfortable, the staff is polite and helpful. The place is clean. The location is not the best, but the neighborhood is calm and has great restaurants.

I like everything. Probably the lady receptionist can learn a bit of English than yes or no.

Apartment and studio is at different location (next door but in narrow street). So keep that in mind before booking. Otherwise everything was excellent 👍

Nice location near the lake and easy to walk to many food places. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.
