Loved everything about the Marigold! Check-in/out smooth and were able to arrange everything from airport transfers to motorbike hire. Our room was spotless, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was within walking distance of places of interest and lots of food options in surrounding streets, including markets. Best of all the staff were amazing! Very friendly, professional and happy to help us make our stay a memorable one.

Super clean and spacious room. The location is ideal with lovely places to eat and drink nearby. The staff was also very friendly and helped us call bus companies for our future travels. 100% recommend.

Small family driven businesses, lovely service, big room and big bathroom really unusual in comparison to other hotels. Breakfast was great and is located in on the edge of the old town however perfect place to start any kind of tour.

The location is an issue, almost every hotel in the old quarter has it, but it will take a bit time to find but the famous train station is near so good as well

The staff is very helpful and understanding they give customised breakfast options and kudos to both housekeeping and front office to make this best, in room experience is likely of a 4 star

Location was great! We could do everything by foot. A lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly!

At first the location could be a little bit challenging but after seen all the facilities, and cleanliness it definitely worth it. Also is one street away from the Hanoi night market.

I really like that it was clean and the staff was really nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious and have many options, not only the American breakfast.

Really nice hotel, with great clean facilities. The staff are all friendly & super helpful. Nice choice of food for breakfast, and they even gave us a takeaway breakfast on a couple of days when we had to go out at 6:30am for trips or to the airport. Location is good, just on the edge of the Old Quarter

The location, close to the old city center, but also close to a food alley, which means a lot of garbage, smells, honks and so on... Even the taxi driver cannot come quite close to the hotel

Mike and Louise at the front desk are very nice, so were ladies at breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and there were good pillows. The shower was good. Very clean. I wish there had been a safe in the room. There was a kettle and tea/coffee. Excellent value. I moved from a place that was about $8 less a night - pay the extra and stay here- worth every penny.

Finding Marigold was a little challenge as my taxi couldn't drop me close at nighttime, the roadway is filled with yummy food, no room for taxi, causing me confusion in finding.

I really appreciate the staff, Brian and others who assisted me easily in finding what I was looking for in the city. Close walk to great food.
