Wonderful place! Nice, new, fresh and quiet, good location, helpful and friendly owner. No problem staying longer because of some sickness and even reschedule a day trip for the same reason. If we will ever come back to Hue, we would be happy to stay here again.

My room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator), but for me no issue. The other rooms are bigger i think and on the 2nd floor.

I really liked my room, spacious, clean. Good airconditioning. Close to the party / food street. There was a small fridge in the room. Hosts were nice. You can book a tour for the imperial city / boat / tombs for 750k vnd, which is a great price (i did not book as it was a whole day trip). The owner was really nice, helped me in booking transport to Hoi An. Thank you!

You can hear the music from the walking street until quite late so if you're a light sleeper that's worth considering.

The room was spacious and really comfortable. There was a private balcony and the bathroom was large. Very central location and great value for money. One of our favourite places we've stayed in Vietnam.

Excellent choice for Hue. We were blown away by the room, so clean and comfy and on the fourth floor (be warned no lift), quiet and yet easy walk to shops, restaurants and the imperial palace. The owner is really helpful. Great value too.

The musty smell in the room

We loved everything about this property except for the musty smell in the room that we believe may have come from the air conditioner. The location was excellent, the room itself was quite modern and very clean. The staff were awesome. There was a balcony which was nice to sit on but the view was not ideal. It looked over the little lane in front of the property, facing another balcony that was about 25 feet away. However there was never anyone else out on the other balconies so it was all good! The owner arranged an excellent city tour for us which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Good location, a walk to the imperial city and also to lots of restaurants etc. We had a lovely room on the fourth floor with balcony, immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms. Amazing value for money. I think the bathroom needs better ventilation. There was no fan, but only a tiny window that wouldn't open well, so the area stays wet all the time and consequently smells of humidity and mold.

The room is clean, large, and comfortable. Close to many restaurants and lively roads. The owners were nice and gave us lots of recommendations .

The fridge only runs while you're there, as it's connected to the electricity circuit that needs your room key.

We think this was the best place in 6 weeks South East Asia. Big room, tasteful interior, a toilet that is OK with toilet paper, very comfortable beds and a good location. We were on the fifth floor with no lift which we liked (it was quiet) but not sure everyone wants to climb so many stairs...

Fantastic location less that 200m to the majority of eateries. Friendly staff who take their time to talk you through the area and suggest places to eat and to visit. Large rooms, much bigger than expected and extremely clean. Large comfy beds (European comfort and duvets)

No elevator but it’s not really a problem

The property has been recently renovated and is very clean and comfortable. It’s in a good area close to shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also within walking distance of the Imperial City. The host was very welcoming and we were able to rent a scooter from him. We were very happy staying here.
