Hotel was in great location in the old quarter. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety. Staff were really friendly and helpful with advice for shopping, tours and food.

Amazing helpful and friendly front staff who organised well priced transfers to our multiple day trips. Perfect walking location to most attractions. Spa facilities were great, room was clean and comfortable. Roof top bar which had fantastic city views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

This is rather a 3 star than a 4 star hotel but the price for a week was good. The breakfast should be improve, everyday was the same, and the quality is low medium. Almost every day we woke up for the cleaning ladies loud conversation on the floor. Lack of english knowledge which is not a big issue

I wish hotel stuff will be little more real, they're trained really hard to be polite, smile, help with luggage, open doors, eager to help with whatever you'd ask them. But sometimes they're really overdoing it. Being helpful is one thing - important, yes, smiling is different and not so necessary(IMHO). It's not good that I felt when some of stuff were really breaking themselves to give me a smile...it was painful. Be more real, please.

Incredible staff who were all so friendly and helpful. Nancy was amazing and with very little notice helped us plan much of our time in Vietnam including the ha Giang loop and ha long bay tours- both of which were amazing. She is an asset to the hotel. The rooms are great and it’s in the perfect location for exploring the old town. We stayed on 3 occasions throughout our trip and could not recommend it more.

Windows had no view, but it’s not a bit deal when you can just go to the hotel’s rooftop bar and relax there if you want a view. Everything else was excellent.

It was a great property in a fantastic location-could have had a little more on the breakfast options.

Customer Service -Nancy was incredible and such an asset to the hotel. We have travelled extensively throughout the world and her customer service was above & beyond anything we have ever experienced. She reached out prior to our visit to assist with anything we needed AND reached out after we left to ensure we got home safe! Never in my lifetime has any company checked we got home safe and sound -this is next level service! An experience we will never forget, thanks Nancy!

The first room was wonderful. When we came back from a trip the new room was not so great. There is a window to the staircase and from there you always have light in the room. In the second floor you can also hear the people from the reception area.

Maybe a swimming pool can be useful but not essential at all

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and cosy. Fantastic staff all way around 24 hours. They extremely friendly and they are willing to help and assist and they are like family now. Centrally located in Old Quarter. Easy to walk around the area. Great staff, extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable. Always met us with a smile and kind greetings. Comfortable rooms and furnishings. Good breakfast and service. Great spa service as well.
