Hotel stands out not with the location or facilties itself but with the staff! Absolutely polite and helpful staff at the reception! We arrived late in Hanoi and therefore a late check-in (Hotel even called us to make sure everything is ok and checking if we will stay at their hotel as booked). We planned to check out very early. Breakfast starts at 6:30 that day but our driver was picking us up around 6:10 in the morning… the hotel staff (Dao) very quickly has offered to talk to the kitchen to prepare us a small take-away breakfast for the next morning. After easy and fast check-in, we went upstairs to our room. It was a spacious room (surprisingly as for the typical hotel rooms in that area, they are quite small and without windows often), clean bathroom and comfortable bed. All in all, a good option in Hanoi for a short stay!

Rooms were bit smaller and there were no windows so it’s always dark.

Everything was excellent.

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the staff made a special effort as it was our anniversary. They made swans in a heart on the bed and brought us a fresh cake! The team were excellent and very friendly/helpful. We had massages so they also let us check out a little later so we had time to shower. Overall everything was 5*.

The only thing I didn't like was being sat down after the free massage in order to rate the place then and there in front of them.

This hotel is perfect. It is clean and big and the staff is very welcoming. Everybody smiles and tries to help you. The breakfast is the best we had in all of Vietnam and the rooms are spacious with everything you could wish for. We felt very happy there and almost didn't want to leave the room because it felt like home. I would highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

The air conditioning shutting off each time you left the room made it uncomfortable for some time upon returning.

An excellent central location to so many must see places. The breakfast was delicious and many choices were offered.

Breakfast was really nice, could choose from a buffet or they had a menu order. The balcony was a nice place to have a drink and the rooms are nothing fancy but very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helped us book a fantastic food tour and water puppet show! Would recommend!

Very good location: close to walking street with lots of shops and restaurants. The lake, the famous "Note Coffee" and the water puppet theater are nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly (special thanks to Ms. Selena and all the reception team who arranged the Halong Bay drop and airport pickup). Very nice and clean rooms, well decorated.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel well located in Hanoi. What really stood out was the level of effort made by the reception and breakfast staff to make our stay most enjoyable: they prepared rice soup and oatmeal as breakfast for our toddler, organized a trip to the incense village and facilitated that our toddler could have their own seat in the minivan, and prepared food bags when we couldn’t make it to breakfast.

Staff rang my room asking whether we would like to have breakfast as it was closing soon. We weren't happy with this unwanted alarm clock as I went to bed very late the night before. Your clients know the breakfast time!

Trip reserved through the hotel wasn’t definitely worth the value for money. They offered though full assistance through the travel at any inconvenients and apologized with massage at their nice spa.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway, which could have come down from the rooftop terrace where smoking is allowed. It would be nice if the hotel was smoke free.

The double room was lovely & decorated in traditional vietnamese style. There was a small balcony which over looked the street below.

The all staff has been super helpful and very kind. Selena helped us with everything we needed, booking trips, taxi, extra nights at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are provided with everything. The room was tied up everyday, with clean towels. Air conditioner, hair dryer, scale, different levels of light in the room, fridge, safe, water, toiletries. We used the cleaning service as well and it was great! Breakfast was lovely, with different choices to choose from the buffet, also a menu to choose from. Fresh fruits, coffee, tea... The location is great, in the old quarter just few mins walk from the lake. Beautiful rooftop bar. This hotel and all the staff made us feel like at home. Absolutely recommend it!

Perfect location to explore Hanoi for the first time. The concierge were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. The team provided many great restaurants recommendations and booked several activities for us. They were incredibly friendly and especially kind to our 4 year old.
