Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good location and clean rooms, security team were great and looked after our motorbike well. Nice little pool and handy cafe next to reception.

AustraliaIt was quite noisy. We could hear the room upstairs from early in the morning. It sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour or more! We therefore went back to sleep & made it to breakfast in the half hour of service. There was hardly anything left & the dining room was a mess. Most empty tables still had dirty dishes & cups on them & we had to push things aside to find somewhere to sit. For the quality of hotel we were quite disappointed.
The staff at the door & reception were super friendly & helpful. Check in was easy. The room was fabulous. Clean, airy & very comfortable. We have a river facing room & that he view was outstanding.

AustraliaThe room was very noisy. Kids were running and screaming up the hall. You could hear the footsteps from the room above. You can hear furniture scrapping on the floors. You can hear people checking out of their rooms at all hours of the morning. I stayed 4 nights and was woken up at 4am because of this. Complaints to the desk did nothing. The lifts had puddles of water due to kids running from the pool wet. The shower over the very deep bath is a safety hazard. It’s very hard to get out it.
The room was spacious and clean.

VietnamStaff was rude and not friendly, hotel is way overpriced for the age of the facility and lack of amenities. The pool was dirty and didn't even have towels. The bathroom was very poorly designed. The sink leaked and the water from the shower went everywhere. The staff locked the air conditioner so we couldn't change the temperature. The receptionist was very rude and unfriendly. She never smiled and didn't seemed like she wanted to help us.
Breakfast was good, but the coffee was terrible. This is the first hotel in Vietnam I've been to that didn't offer to make you coffee in the restaurant.
