Our room didn't get cleaned in the 3 days we stayed - we think there was a fault with the cleaning button on the door. The shower wasn't super hot either

Lovely hotel room- very modern and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful - Brian was especially great! The breakfast was nice with lots of options. The staff helped us to book a private taxi to Bana Hills too which was very helpful. Hotel us just a few minutes away from the beautiful Da Nang beach and there are a tonne of eating options around

- Location is very good, surrounded by restaurants, massage hoses, souvenir shops, coffee shops, supermarkets. Also 3-5minutes walk to the beach. - Facilities are relatively new and clean enough. Most importantly all functional. - All hotel staff is kind and nice. The door man Brian and another guy opened the heavy door with a big smile every time I come back. - Breakfast was always awesome.

The shower let some water leak so we had to waste towels making sure the water didn’t reach the door.

The staff was so nice and attentive, especially Brian at reception he was so helpful. Great location and comfortable bed.

We had to ask for hot water because it was not working immediately. The toilet and bathroom had a bad smell. Don’t know if the problem is in the sewerage or the hotel coupledom something about.

The staff was friendly, check in and checkout possible at any time. Rooftop bar is nice.

The hotel itself is lovely comfortable and spotlessly clean, but what makes this great hotel a fantastic hotel is the staff, we called in to check availability and look at the rooms Kevin on reception was informative helpful and friendly, then Brian showed us around the room, I swear he was smiling the whole time. We booked for 1week and ended up staying an extra 4 nights. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the restaurant staff Quan, Anna, James, and Daniel were all welcoming and attentive. So it's a big Thanks from us for a great stay, highly appreciated. Thanks again smiling Brian and Kevin. 👍

Every was really nice especially the staff ! I wish all the staff can be like that in all the hôtel ! From the reception, from the person who welcomed people, open the door and the security man. They were very nice and helpful. Big thanks to Brian ! And 2 other guys, I forgot their name but one was at the reception and the other one welcomed people. The location is central, but very quiet. Near beaches and restaurants. You have supermarkets all around so it’s easy to buy stuff you need. The only negative point, was the swimming pool, looked a bit trouble. I will come back again for sure. Thanks the whole team

Toilet had a slight smell at times. But overall decent, with a nice mirror (can change lighting), make up mirror, and hair dryer.

Really good location near the beach and value for money. Many small eateries and nice coffee shops around. If you don’t want to walk all the way to beach for sunrise you can even get a really good view from the rooftop bar as well.

Wow what a great hotel! I wasn't expecting it to be so nice! Beautiful hotel and the nicest staff! The location was so great. Two minute walk to the beach and many many restaurants within walking distance. The room was huge. The biggest hotel room I've ever seen in Asia. We loved it here..wish we could have stayed longer
