The staff were not very friendly we felt like we were a nuisance every time we asked for something. Our bed sheets had blood stains on them and the place is very run down.

The beds were very comfy and there was a lovely view from the pool.

It started badly on arrival we were given the wrong rooms. On questioning the room, we were given exactly the same room 10 floors higher when I asked for the room I had booked. I was told that if I didn't like the room, I should leave .no pool bar. No restaurant. No tea and coffee, a very basic hotel. Only I member of staff spoke English . She was only on duty at certain times. This is the first poor review I have ever given a hotel in more than 40 years of travelling Beach 260 metres across 2 very busy roads with no means of getting across if you are disabled. You take your life in your hands crossing this road.

Even though the rating here is good, it’s definitely not a 4star hotel. Don’t be fooled by the photos. It’s located at the end of the alley, most Grab are not willing to bring us in. The room wasn’t clean (floor covered with dirt and bathtub with hair leftover) and facilities are old. Towels are stained, pool water is murky and TV was not working either. Only 1 keycard is available. Staff speak very limited English, really hard to communicate, we could hardly get what we need at all time (what we requested by phone, never come thru, must ask the frontdesk in person). They only accept cash payment without mentioning it beforehand, super inconvenient. Balcony is facing the opposite building and no view at all. On the last day before we checked out, they came in to makeup our room despite the do not disturb sign was hung on the door. Overall an uncomfortable stay.

The room was small like a box. wasn’t that clean. Lacked an bathroom amenities like soap. Shampoo and conditioner bottle still old ones from last clients. FOUND DIRTY KNICKERS INBETWEEN TOWELS 🤢 no proper fridge just a cooling box. Pool Was not like the pictures was dirty and the pool pump was not on. overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here. Left property the a few hours after of checking in.

They have no refrigerator but a cooler that can’t even cool anything, the cleaner in 3 nights didn’t clean the floor, tables at all, the clothes hanger in bathroom right on the toilet, the pool is very small, TV isn’t smart, wifi is very weak, swimming pool has no wifi access

We did seek an early check in but were charged significantly more than we paid for the rooms. Breakfast wasn't available despite it being advertised The place was very dark and the reception offered us a taxi for the airport at a cheaper rate but that taxi arrived 20 minutes late and charged us twice what was agreed by the reception

I recently stayed at an outdated but clean hotel and overall I had a positive experience. The staff were friendly but communication was not easy. While the room itself may not have had all of the modern amenities that you would expect from a newer hotel, everything was in good working order and I had a comfortable stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional, and I had all of the basic amenities that I needed. One thing that really stood out to me was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, while this hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious option available, it is definitely worth considering if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

Staff doesn't know english well. Safety box was not working, took 20 mins to solve and I was in a hurry. Room was not clean when I took it, had to go downstairs and tell them to clean it again. Sheets were not changed, they were from the previous client, they just made the bed. Dirty floor in the room, some weird cocoons of some insect on the wall, the window was not closing properly, I had wind come in my room and making annoying sounds the whole stay. Location is not so good, a lot of buildings in front of the hotel, you can barely see the sea. Very dissappointed, not a 4 star hotel for sure, I would give it a 2.5 max. I don't understand how you can exist as a hotel when you give the room to the clients dirty and with unchanged sheets. Also, my other friends had trash from the previous client(some rotten food) in their room and it was stinking. Almost all of our group had to go to the reception and demand for recleaning. Absolutely horrible. Also, the pool does not look at all like in the pictures, it's very small and old. It does not look like someone takes care of it.

The hotel did not look like the photos, the staff were pretty unwelcoming, our room was unclean with half used bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. breakfast was not running which was a main reason we booked the hotel. Definitely not 4*

Staff wise first the communications was really difficult as the english level is clearly not enough, secod they woke us up in the morning to make the room (at 9, third and this should really not happen from the people that host me worse they tried to scam us asking 700k for a taxi transfer to the Nha Trang airport (and if you google it is easy to find the price should go from 200k to 300k), after trying to bargain unsuccessfully and after saying no we got a last offer for 350k which we accepted since I was tired to fight in order to have a fair price. Main surfaces of the room furnitures were clean, but in other places where you would not usually look like windows and the head part of the bed was dusty, bedsheets were washed indeed, but i would consider to change them as they have normal stains for usage.. bathroom had a few stains here and there. I did not see any bar on the rooftop and pool was dirty the pics as usual are poshed and do not reflect reality.

For the price is ok, for sure is not a 4 stars hotel, is close to the beach and pretty quiet, bed is comfy
