The beds weren't very comfortable, and the linen wasn't the cleanest. There was no shower curtain in the bath so the water kinda went all over the floor, and the rooms had a bit of a musty smell. We didn't use the pool or restaurant so can't comment on that! However, overall, it was good value for money though!

Room and location are good and for a great price. Easy to hire a good scooter direct from the hotel. Some good cafes, restaurants shops, and ATM all very close.

When we check in, we always ask to see the room before paying. The front desk was unsure of this but did accommodate us. When we checked the room, we found hairs and crumbs in the bed sheets and some small marks on the sheets. Had it not been for the hairs/crumbs, it wouldn't have been anything notable. The marks just looked like something that hadn't come out in the wash. We told the front desk it wasn't a big deal, but asked if they could just change the sheets while we were out. We found that the marks were still there, so they didn't change the sheets, just brushed away the crumbs and removed the hairs. The front desk was very apologetic and came up herself to change the sheets because housekeeping had left for the day. She was extremely helpful, and we were very grateful. Also, we wanted to rent a scooter, but they only accept passports as deposits, not cash. This is common at rental companies, but we didn't encounter it with the dozens of accommodations we had booked in Vietnam. (Little known fact: passports are technically government property of the issuing country, so legally they are not ours to give as a deposit. We did explain this but understandably the front desk couldn't do much as it was company policy) Overall, our experience was very good here, but for the above reasons, we knocked off one star. We don't typically complain, but we found these things worth mentioning to manage expectations.

We stayed here for three nights and found the front desk staff to be helpful and attentive. The hotel offered a good location for both the Marble Mountains and Son Tra via tour or scooter. There is a really good vegetarian restaurant called 21 grams, just a block away, which we would really recommend, and it's not very far from the dragon bridge. Apart from our initial check-in experience, the rest of the room was very clean, and the decor was really nice. They offer two bottles of complimentary water, and the rest is paid. They kindly explain this so you know what is free. The rooftop has a nice night time view. You'll need to find another spot to see the fire show for the dragon bridge (the view is better up close anyway), and the pool was undergoing renovation so wasn't in use during our stay. Again, we can't say enough nice things about the lady with glasses at the front desk. She was very patient and kind, and we were very grateful for her professionalism.

The pool was not clean...algae growing in the grout. Mosquitoes in the lobby. I also thought it was beachfront but it wasnt. The footpath was being ripped up in the area.

Good location, not too far from the promenade. The room was spacious with 2 large double beds. One of the beds less comfortable than the other! The bathroom was big although in need of some renovation - mould around the sink and the bath wasn’t sealed so that when you showered, the water leaked all over the floor. However, it was clean, just not the best because of the mould, although it didn’t smell. There is a fridge in the room and we were given 4 small bottles of water.

The room seems a bit outdated, can’t shut the window. You can hear the noise from the people staying the same floor.

The front desk staffs were helpful. You can rent the scooter with them for 150000 dong, easy to travel around, and you can return it in the hotel

No fault of the hotels, but bare in mind what usually is a 15 minute walk to the beach, down a street road. Ends up being a bit of a detour, as they have dug up both sides of the pavement so you have to walk on the busy road

However the housekeeping knocked on every day to clean. Staff was helpful when I asked to stay extra night, do laundry and when we needed anything for the room

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, I don’t know how they do it all so cheaply. The location is ideal for the beach and eateries and it’s only a cheap grab ride to get anywhere else, brilliant!

I took a chance on this and to be honest, I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised by how nice it was for so little money! The girls on reception were lovely, always smiling and eager to help. I hire a scooter from the hotel, again really cheaply, and was surprised to find out they have their own scooters, they don’t hire them in like some other hotels do and I think this keeps the cost down.

There was no breakfast. As i understood it was due to that hotel was 90% empty. If i remember correct breakfast was included. So maybe i could ask for some refund. Fitness and pool are are looking dead. Water cold, And old fitness gear and not sure if room was even open.
