Mai Boutique Villa is my first choice in Da Nang. The staff are the best, the place very clean, and excellent value for the money. One of the best things is the Lazeeze Indian restaurant, which is also 100% Halal, and has great food. The beach is a five minute walk away. I always go back.

This place is, and has been since 2018, my favourite place to stay in Da Nang. The staff are wonderful people, the rooms very nice, and the beds comfortable. It is constantly cleaned daily, has excellent WiFi connection, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. They've a great Indian restaurant, and can enjoy walking around. I'll be back as always.

Mai Boutique is my favourite place to stay in Vietnam. It's like going home to a familiar place. The staff, are excellent, the room, and beds are very comfortable, and clean.good value for your money. My Khe beach, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean are a five minute. I love their Indian restaurant; their food is addictive.

The chiller in the room was not cold but the hotel changed to a small fridge upon request. The bed had some tweaky sound but is not too bad.

Location is very central and it’s easy to walk to the beach, to the bridges/ river and there are many eateries and convenience stores all around. The hotel has a very homey and warm feel to it. There are some cute dogs to play with ☺️

Everything about the hotel and the cafe downstairs was great. Asif was very welcoming. The rooms were well cleaned and spacious with balconies. We loved the food too and the choice of music in the cafe. I would definitely recommend to stay here. It was indeed the best experience

Not possible to sleep with an open window - very noisy from outside, so you have to sleep with air con on, otherwise no air in the room. Because of the Indian restaurant on the premises, quite a strong smell of the spices and food. A bit too far from the center, but a few minutes by scooter.

The staff is very very nice and trying to b very helpful. Most of them speak OK English so communication is OK. Very close to the beach. Hot water in the shower. The shared balcony is very very nice.

NOTHING its absolutely perfect especially for the price and location

Its clean and the room I went for (the more expensive one) was very spacious. It wasn't much more than £10 for the night. We were only passing through but a great place to stay. In addition they arranged a driver for us to Han Oi. Like an idiot I left my mobile phone in the back on the taxi. They helped get it back to me safe and sound. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We loved our room at the Mai Boutique Villa. We stayed in #203, and it was pleasant. The staff allowed early check in, and it was a blessing because we couldn't sleep on the plane. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The location was excellent as it was just a 5-min walk to the beach, and there's a K-Market opposite to the hotel where you can buy groceries. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. We loved the staff and their hospitality. As we had a prior AirBnb booking for the next day, we had to check out in the morning. However, we'd definitely recommend it.

Whenever I'm in Da Nang, Mai Boutique Villa is the place I stay at. No.1 the staff, from reception, to housekeeping, kitchen, to the owners...they're all wondering people, and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. It's very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the prices more than reasonable. You're a five minute walk from the Pacific Ocean. The town is minutes away by taxi, it's also a nice walk over the Han River. And, there are many good restaurants within walking distance. Tey it.

We stayed in Mai Boutique Villa during our recent visit to Da Nang, Vietnam. The hotel is located very close to the famous My Khe Beach, Da Nang. The room was spacious and clean with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staffs were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They arranged us motor bike for two days and tickets for Sun World Ba Na Hills. The staffs were proactive and kind enough to provide us complimentary rain coats for our safety. This property is highly recommended!
