Had a great stay in Mia for two nights on arrival to Vietnam. Hotel was well located with lots to explore close by. Rooms were modern and well presented - a welcome retreat from the bustle outside. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of food, both Vietnamese and western. All the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. I can highly recommend Mia for a stay in Hanoi and also to organise tours outwith. Thanks for a great start to our Vietnam adventure!

The service at the Mia is outstanding. All the staff is tending to your slightest wishes and going beyond expectations. When you arrive, you find dried fruit a d a fresh mango in your room. There is an endless supply of bottled water. The breakfast, lunch and dinners are elegantly served. I was unfair enough to voice one tiny criticism and was immediately called to ask what they could do to help. The Mia exceeded our exectations all the way to the end of our 4 day stay.

We felt extremely welcome by the hotel staff. They were the most genuine, helpful, and friendly group of staff. They took care us from checking in until we checked out. We felt the extra care and love as a guest at Mia hotel. We love the fact that we got a map and a list of places to visit and eat in Hanoi which was very helpful if you are new to the city. We were grateful staying here because their staff was like our tour guide in a way.

A wonderful hotel. The staff are exceptional, so professional and there to assist at every turn. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. The beds are really comfortable, lovely bedding and great pillows. We had lunch at the restaurant which was amazing and again the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff is very very helpful and friendly. Rooms is nice and clean, bed is fluffy, aircondition is good. Breakfast is delicious, a lot of choice. Location is good, within walking distance, you can find good food, clothing, coffee power, beers, etc, etc.. Highly recommended to stay at Mia Hotel if visiting Hanoi.

Mia was truly an impressive hotel, a real gem hidden in plain sight among the high energy of the city. That being said, the activity surrounding the hotel never undermined its calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were always especially kind, helpful and attentive no matter what, which was the highlight of our stay. The modern, sleek, clean rooms were quiet enough to be able to recharge after a day of activities, sightseeing, even partying. A big thank you goes out to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back to Hanoi!

We loved our stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and we loved the softness of the pillows so much we even bought one. It was literally one of the best sleeps during my whole trip. Breakfast was also really delicious. A good mix of continental food and Vietnamese food (which I preferred). The staff were super friendly and the service was amazing at the hotel. Also recommended places to go visit and what's happening around Hanoi. I highly recommend the hotel on the service alone!

There were no windows in the bathroom or bedroom so it was a little musty and claustrophobic. Hotel is quite far away from old town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was big enough and the he'd comfortable. There was a kettle in the room too.

We stayed here for three nights after visiting Ha Long Bay. Mia hotel is well located in the city, which is a perfect starting point for exploring Hanoi. Our stay here was an absolute delight. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and look new. Breakfast is also good. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay a few nights more.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are very welcoming. They showed me some tourist attractions. That's very helpful. Very well-decorated! I really like the theme of this hotel. The service is also good, the staff are friendly and helpful too. This is the first time I came to HaNoi but the people here is very nice and the view is beautiful. Especially, the foods in this hotel are extremely delicious!

We came to Hanoi with our family and we stayed at the Mia hotel for 2 nights. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is extremely well located and the quality of the hotel and service is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable with a unique view of Hanoi city. Dinner at the restaurant was of very good quality too. They made our journey meaningful.

We read some positive reviews and decided to stay at Mia and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional hospitality by all the staff. All the staff are so friendly and helpful in every way. They check up on you to see if there's anything you would need during your stay and take the initiative to make/confirm reservations, provide recommendations, and suggest things you may need before you even ask. They even provided us with a dinner box as we were leaving to make sure we wouldn't be hungry for our night flight. Best hotel experience we had abroad and would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. We were very satisfied staying here!!!

Service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are formidable and the quality of everything on site is of high standard. The food, beverages, toiletries, rooms, gym, etc is wonderful. The rooms are quiet (even facing the street) and comfortable. The location is such that it is easy to navigate many sites by foot. It's great to be here!!!

We stayed for a total of 3 nights as part of a tour group. Our modern room was very comfortable with ample storage facilities. Bathroom was well equipped. We had breakfast each day, this was excellent. The service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were really friendly and efficient. If we have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, this will be the hotel we choose to stay.

When we arrived, we were server a welcome drink and dried fruits, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you need anything, they can respond to you right away. We stayed here for 2 nights of our trip to Vietnam. The hotel exceeds their reputation and the staff truly are dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience. We asked for airport pick up when we landed in Hanoi and the moment we met our driver, to our check in, to every meal, and check out, the service was outstanding. Breakfast has everything you could want to eat, the gym is pretty good with updated equipment and overall, you'll feel at home.
