Most of the staff don't speak English, and so we had a communication issue at check in. But they did resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. The receptionist at night speaks English well though.

Property is very clean. The shower was large & bed was comfortable. We really appreciated that they allowed us to take a shower before our night bus.

Wonderful location so close to great restaurants and main sites, on a quiet street. Staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. No questions its the best value.

I liked everything about the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was easy to find, close to the bustling centre of HCMC and set in a quiet street in a nice area. I was welcomed from the moment I walked through the front door and this was the theme over the next few days. Lots of gestures and Google Translate made communication very manageable. The room was just right, spacious enough, nice bed, excellent shower and very clean and tidy. I enjoyed the breakfast here, it was lovely. It was served in a room filled with morning sunlight and there are two options, both very good. Pho or omelette, both served with fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee. A simple and good start to the day. I cannot emphasise enough the friendliness of the staff. I felt sad on leaving!

Rooms are clean, breakfast was basic but good. Room was better then photos showed. It's in walking distance to everything in 1st district. It was a good value for money.

The people there were the sweetest ever, didn't speak a word of English so we couldn't communicate properly and it was so funny and awesome. They were extremely helpful in finding things I needed around the hotel. 10/10

Everything. For the type of hotel it’s the best we have ever stayed in. Special mention for the cleaners who are world class! Everyone friendly and helpful. Room is lovely and bed not too hard and not too soft. Perfect. Simple breakfast but it’s all you need.

Everything about the place was exceptional.The owner of the hotel is a lady who is staying in the property thereby personally supervising that standards are met and kept high at all times. The reception staff speaks good English and are very helpful.

The most comfortable stay during our trip to Vietnam. Spotlessly clean, with nice breakfast. It's located within a walking distance to the city center/most of the tourist places, but the neighbourhood is quiet and calm with many wonderful local restaurants.

I have stayed in many hotels in Ho Chi Minh city. So i can compare. In my opinion, this is a wonderful hotel that is superior to many previous hotels i have stayed in. The hotel looks very homely. I don't know how many stars this hotel has. But in my opinion, the hotel is superior to many 3 star hotels in Ho Chi Minh city where i have stayed before. Convenient location. Good breakfast (not as rich, but decent enough to keep you full in the morning before going out). Great wi fi. Bed a little hard. But this is a matter of taste. Cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. Very helpful staff. The hotel is not very big but that's a big plus. There will not be crowds of people. I have very positive impressions about this hotel. My wish to the hotel - is to keep the hotel staff and keep the price policy.

Location was absolutely great as was within 100m of many great tasting food places and services including massage and hairdresser. Also 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market. Everything worked well and was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was brought to us either at our rooms or to 1st floor (our choice). Fantastic value for money too!

The rooms were very clean. They made the beds daily. Had water for us everyday. Breakfast was really good too! Location was close to all major sights in District 1. A 5 minute walk to Ben Tahn Market

A little noisy, and light comes in from the corridor at night.

Staff were all very lovely :) I appreciated that breakfast was provided in your room, basic for vegetarian - but the bread is so good. Room was clean, bathroom facilities were good. Great location.
