Room could have been a little cleaner and no natural light due to there being no window.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Always welcomed you with a smile and a nice greeting.

The bed. It looks like Masters bed but it was two single beds combine so its difficult coz it keeps moving!

They asked me more times when I came to the hotel but I was already in my room. They told me they will cancel my room if I’m not coming. I went to the reception to tell them I’m there.

The room have no blackout on the door window and on side so gets all the light from the corridor which cant be switched off so is too bright making difficult to sleep. Room gets very humid specially bathroom bc of having no windows. I stayed 4 nights and on second night i got no hot water but was quickly fixed when i let them know.

The room had no windows and the shower drain seemed to be clogged because after a couple of minutes my feet were almost completely underwater.

Great value for money! Can't get better for the rate. The staff is great, super attentive!

Location - middle of the town. Easy accesibility to all local food and massage. Walkable distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, night market etc. Staffs were great..

Room had no window so had a smell of damp/must. Personally did not bother us to much as we was out most of the time.

Really big comfy bed, loved the location 8/10 min walk in all directions to many tourist attractions. Really nice coffee and breakfast shops around. Quiet nights sleep which is important to us. All staff so friendly and helpful. Gent on reception helped us with a sim card on arrival and provided an iron when asked. Also allowed us to check in early as we had been travelling through the night and was tired when we arrived. Would stay again but maybe in a room with a window for fresh air.

The hair dryer was like a toy, for women is impossible to dry the hair. There was no mirror in the bathroom.

Good location and friendly stuff. They helped us to book a car for transport to the airport, we paid at the reception and the car arrived next day at the discussed hour.

No windows and glass window to the hallway - so always light in the room. Weird sound every few seconds from the water pump of the house or so.

Good location and super friendly staff. Blanket and bed very comfortable. You cannot hear the street even though located in the old quarter.

My third stay here Fantastic location in old town. One of the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep and bathrooms were very attractive and clean. The location was in the center of activity, yet quiet and peaceful inside the hotel.

The thing that I didn’t like, and felt a little uncomfortable is because there are no windows in rooms. Lack of fresh air. If it wasn’t for that I would rate it 10/10
