The facilities were very good, the hotel is very new with beautiful and well thought out rooms with thoughtful touches and tips on how to navigate Hanoi. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to be accommodating for things like breakfast in bed and making the bed extra soft.

We really enjoyed our stay here . The staff is so friendly and helpful, great location for walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake, Church, Train street, Night market. Breakfast was so lovely with beautiful view from restaurant on 10th floor. The room is clean and comfortable. They also helped us for airport transfer and Halong bay cruise. Could not ask more. We will come back for sure!

It is one of the best and most affordable properties ive ever come across- the rooms, washrooms, general hygiene and cleanliness is soo on point- almost like a 5/7 star stay. I would HIGHLY recommend the property and the staff is very very helpful along with all the services like spa- i took the spa and they were very professional I ended up leaving a bag at the hotel and the staff sent a cab just to hand me the bag all the way to the airport, they’re all sweethearts

We really enjoyed our stay in Minerva Premium Hotel. The staff was super friendly and courteous. It was the perfect start for our trip, because they helped us finding the best trip to Ninh Binh, a cooking class in Hanoi, organising Sim Cards and so much more. In addition to that they have a really good Spa we would recommend.

Location is great, staff is professional, hotel is new and big. Will back here if had chance and enjoy their wide view also the atmosphere from the rooftop. Big bed get good sleep quality too. All complimentary stuffs are worth to use like breakfast, wifi, welcome drink, working space, spa.

High floor was low water pressure, only have this small mistake.

Excellent staff, the hotel employees are highly professional and always greet guests with a smile. Despite being in a bustling area, the environment is quiet, making it easy to fall asleep at night. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and incredibly, they even offer Spanish Jamón, making it a great value . The receptionist, Sun, is full of energy. For our next business trip, Minerva Hotel will definitely be our first choice.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We were always warmly greeted with a friendly ‘welcome back’ and the staff made a genuine effort to address us by name throughout our stay, which added a personal touch. The hotel staff also provided excellent recommendations on local attractions and activities to explore during our visit. Overall, the attentive service and personalised touches made our stay truly memorable!

This Hotel was absolutely great. It was located next to the old town and the lake and to other sightseeing spots. The service was absolutely amazing and very friendly. They organized everything we wanted and had very good recommendations. Our room was big and had a lot of space for our luggage. And breakfast had every day something to discover. It just opened up after a total renovation.

Brand new hotel. Very clean and luxurious. Staff are amazing and will help you with anything you need. We were the first to stay in the hotel so the manager treated us to a free airport shuttle.

Everything was simply fantastic, from the moment I walked in! Beautiful place, it was obvious that there is a lot of attention to detail. Room was wonderful. Breakfast amazing. All facilities are fantastic. The staff from the very first interaction were all just wonderful people and they made you feel like family and right at home. The location is right in the middle of just about anything you want to visit. I highly recommend staying here, as I know I will be back for certain!
