The property is beautifully built. A small building designed to feel relaxing and cozy. The koi pond in the middle is a main feature of its aesthetic. The location is on a small side street that makes it less busy and a nice respite from the buzzing city of da Nang. The room is spacious and very relaxing. A good place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. My favorite part of the stay was the service. Vicky at the reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. She was ready to answer any inquiry and help with looking for specific souvenirs and places that I wanted to find. Everyone else I met there (breakfast service and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful as well.

The property is an oasis of calm. The rooms are well appointed and beautifully designed. The hotel is a short walk to the beach however the rooftop pool was a real treat with shade to escape the heat. There was a delicious selection of foods for breakfast tended by friendly and attentive staff. Commutation and staff were exceptional. High end hotel at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

During our stay my husband had to go to the hospital and have unexpected surgery. The staff here made us feel so comfortable and well looked after. They were incredible with my daughter and very helpful with all our needs. I cant say enough good things about the beautiful hotel and all of the kind people working here.

I like the room its very spacious and the ambiance of the hotel as a whole hits different. I feel like Im home. I like that they dont use bright lights and it makes every night relaxing. Also the staff, specially Ms Vi is very accomodating and always check on you through whatsapp.

All the staff were very accommodating to our needs, especially when we came in a big group. They provided cost effective means of transportation and recommended places of interest in accordance to our likings. We also had medical emergencies that were handled very well despite the regular working hours. Before the trip, they requested for our passport copies for a smooth check-in process. I really admired the proactiveness of the staff. Overall, this is an awesome place to stay....I'll surely come again.

The hotel was excellent, the room not the most expensive but large with a super bathroom and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was superb and interesting. The staff could not have bern more helpful. They organised anything I requested and even whatsapped me to ensure their directions had enabled me to arrive safely at Dragon bridge!!

Room design isn't the most convenient. Could have used bedside tables and more space in the bathroom for toiletries. The garden view room was weird cos it looked into the centre of the hotel so everyone could look into each other's rooms if the curtains were opened to enjoy the view.

Hotel was beautiful and location was good; not in a busy area but near lots of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and convenience store. Bed was comfortable and service was excellent. Laundry service was fast and affordable. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Big thanks to Vikki who's really good in english and very helpful Pictures usually show the good face of the hotels but this time everything was perfect therefore I give them a 10 and I would definitely recommend to my friends if they one day visit Da Nang

Gorgeous interior and architectural design. Short walk to the beach. Lovely room, and nice having music playing. Staff were really helpful with their tips about getting to Ba Na Hills. The driver we organised through the hotel to Ba Na Hills was really kind too.

No power sockets or bed side table next to the bed which can be a bit annoying. The breakfast buffet could be organised a bit better too with more options but also a more efficient layout

The design of the hotel is really slick and nice which makes the stay relaxing, the staff very helpful, the hotel is 5min walk to the nice beach. The swimming pool on the roof is a nice bonus.

The wash basin is very small and water splashes out easily. But small problem.

Big spacious room with a big comfortable bed. Shower room is very big and everything works perfectly. The koi pond is so pretty with comfortable seats around for you to chill and drink.

Great location. Handy to the beach but in a quiet street just where the world turns into middle class Vietnam. Have fun getting lost in these streets to the west of the hotel. Great food and coffee to be found. The room was quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Great hot water in the shower. The real highlight though was the staff. Happy and whimsical. Nothing was a bother - not even explaining how the sink plug worked to this strange old man.

The young man, name of long?, was the most exceptional host; for example, when asked where the nearest ATM was, 'Twas way too far for two grey heads, but he offered to take the dame on his motorbike! The entire staff were anxious to accommodate us in all aspects- ambassadorship was 5 star.
