I have taken the night bus to Dalat, so I arrived very early at 7:00 in the morning and they are so kind to let me check in my room, so I can take a shower after the night bus, which is very nice of them. The hotel also helped me to book the taxi to airport with the price of 215000 VND, I think it is cheaper than the average price.

In general very satisfied. A few things to keep in mind: - Located a bit outside of the city centre (15-20 min walk), however easily solved by cheap Grabs or scooter rental. - Spotlights outside of the building illuminated our room a bit at night - bring a sleeping mask. - Daytime receptionist did not speak English, but with travel agencies/motorbike rentals etc. nearby this was not a problem for us. The owner does speak English and was present every evening.

Very comfortable room and bed, cleanest room and bathroom we've seen on our trip, friendly owner and personnel. Would definitely stay again!

The location is very good, close to various attractions. The boss is very nice. She sent a taxi driver to pick me up at Lien Kuong Airport when my VietJet flight continued to be delayed. The room is very clean. I like the sun drying sheets. The bathing water is big and hot.

It is a bit hard to find but locals know it too so they helped us out before we even asked.

The owner was very kind. The property was clean and the bed comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed.

It's not a complain but we saw the possibility to rent a motorbike and when we asked to a joung girl in the reception she said that it wasn't possible, maybe not yet ready on how to do it.

The check in was nice and they gave us a better room than we ordered because free. Location was ok.

Fabulous! Exceptional! Why this beautiful hotel has only 1*?? That’s min 3-4star hotel! Fully furnished, all bathroom amenities, cleaning every day, in walking distance from the rush city centre, quiet, very nice personal. Just fabulous! And the bed, oh dear super comfy !!

Humidity problem with mould on curtains in bedroom. Reception did not speak English so couldn’t help with booking bus. Only after did we find out the owner spoke a bit of English.

Beds were clean and comfortable and breakfast rolls and banh bao readily available for breakfast nearby. Location was good , 10 minutes walk to crazy house and same to night market.

What a beautiful hotel, perfect location, rooms clean and spacious. Lovely staff, very little English, the reception girl, but my translator fixed that. Always happy and smiling. The manager spoke perfect English. Easy to find, in a small, beautifully kept lane way. The manager arranged a car to pick me up, at a great fee! I highly recommend staying here 👌

It was exactly like in the photos, really clean, tidy and bright. It is a short walk from the town centre. The owner was more than happy to help us with ideas for activities during our stay and she also helped us book our bus to our next destination. They came and gave us more water everyday. There was a fridge in the room.

A clean and cozy hotel with a nice owner. We are able to check in earlier before check in time. Strategic location and walkable distance to Xuan Huong lake and night market. The owner is super nice, helpful and stay late to arrange our shuttle bus to bus station. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Strongly recommended and value for money.

Lovely climate in Dalat, so happy to have some fresh air from window. Don’t need an aircon, fan is plenty (in off season anyway). Room is nice and clean, bedside table / wardrobe / desk. Towels and water provided daily. We kept extending our stay. 10 min walk away from walking st / markets / lake. Lots of dining options and mart not even 100m away. Staff helpful w calling the shuttle bus we booked ourselves to help organise pick up. We also rented bike from property I think between 120-150k /day.
