Warm and hospitable staff. I want to thank all the staff, especially Gaga, Anna, Sophia and Sony. Your professional and thoughtful services made my stay in Da Nang so unforgettable and enjoyable. And the hotel is so generous to provide delicate and delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Everything here is beyond my expectations! Good location and wonderful services. The best hospitality we experienced in 2 weeks in Vietnam! Beautiful, comfortable room; breakfast, afternoon tea, evening snack, welcome and leaving drinks all included. Such generous and thoughtful staff. Incredible value. We would have stayed longer had we known how lovely this hotel would be!

I wish the pool and poolside could be bigger as the chairs were often all taken.

Beyond the clean comfortable room, beachfront location and good breakfast/afternoon tea sets, what stood out at Monarque was the cheerful and responsive service people. They went all out to engage guests by providing personal attention and sharing local information/recommendations. Our thanks to Rose and Erica for a memorable stay.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Afternoon tea every day was a lovely bonus. The rooftop pool was so nice after a day exploring and the breakfast each morning had lots to choose from. Great location opposite My Khe beach The staff go above and beyond to help you. We had a fab 10 nights here.

There was a musty smell in the rooms. Not anything to complain about, but noticeable on entry.

The staff at this hotel is fantastic! They were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Perfect location! Just in front of a beautiful beach with palms and white sand. We would give 11 stars if it was possible😊 Thank you so much for your great hospitality. We had a wonderful time.

There is nothing to fault, although the view from our window was the next hotels wall, I could have paid more for a view, so not there issue really.

Wonderful Staff. You can’t fault this hotel from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. The service is wonderful, staff are always happy to please you and love what they are doing!

This is a great value for a stay in Da Nang. Rooms are clean, bedding is comfortable, large TV with in room safe. Location is fantastic and the hotel staff is great. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with super attentive staff. ‘Erica’ particularly was fun and engaging. She gave us helpful information as did other staff members about the local area. There is also a 24 hour convenience store about a 2 minute walk away. Directly across the street are terrific restaurants right on the beach. WIFI is also free and consistent.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rose was one of the staff who connected with us daily asking for ways they could improve their service. The food was outstanding, the rooms were very clean, and the location was across the street from a beautiful beach on the ocean. Exceeded our expectations for sure.

Would have stayed even longer!

An elegant old style hotel, with large personel and excellent service. As we booked 8 nights, we got an upgrade to superb room with seaview, good dinner and transfer both free, We should mention Erica who helped us to organize our excursion, and later helpd us to solve our problems occured.

Cannot think of anything!

This is a fabulous hotel with its own unique style. It is spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable. What makes this hotel is the staff, who are kind, caring and go out of their way to make sure we are happy with everything. We felt looked after! A special shout out to the beautiful Rose who helped us check in and showed us around and of course two other beautiful ladies Erica and Anita - all of these ladies made our stay so special. I do need to mention the excellent and complimentary (and unexpected) afternoon tea - this was delicious, and added a touch of class - although not good for the waist line! And the bedtime cookies!!! We also had Dinner one night and compliments to the chef as this was delicious! Highly recommend staying in this hotel. Every member of staff who works here were kind and helpful so thank you, to you ALL for making our stay so great 😊

Wasn’t able to use the swimming pool due to the weather. Laundry service was expensive! Replacement cost for lost room key! The kids’ play room was small/limited.

Stayed for four nights with family! Friendly staff, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast choices! Would definitely stay again!

A very nice and clean hotel, perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Reception is well-run, following up on every request and paying attention to the smallest details. Afternoon tea was a true delight, with a variety of small snacks, pastries and deserts.
