Extremely noisy bars and roof tops nearby, till 2 am some days

The noise from the karaoke bars and discos around the hotel until 2 am. What's worse is the badly shutting door on the balcony. The hotel is in a great location but all the bars and rooftop bars and discos do NOT respect any residents or tourists and the Hué town politicians should address this.

Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful choice for breakfast. The receptionist spoke very good English and was helpful to organise sight seeing.

The gym was very outdated? Some equipment didn’t work and we found it hard to loosen the nuts of the dumbbells to adjust their weights for use. However with the dumbbells that we could use and mats were were able to get some exercise in.

Great location close to walking street and other attractions in the city such as the imperial City. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located on a very crowded street, so during night time there can be some noise from the bars!

Good central location, depending on what you are looking for! Me and my husband rented a motorcycle from the hotel to get around which was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The Pool is not as great as expected

The location of this hotel is great. It is in the central of backpacker streets. Close enough to the Citadel and the Truong Tien bridge. Nice staffs

The bathroom sink could have some liquid soap instead of the small soap bar. And the water could be more warm.

It's located among restaurants and bars not far from the citadel and market. My room was very nice and big. The breakfast was delicious with the staff surprisingly careful to clients' needs. I took Mrs. Lan Phong recommendation and it proved very good. She also managed in no time to improved my room sound insulation.

The restaurant and bar were closed as it was quiet for the time we were visiting which just made us go out to eat and drink. Not a massive thing but we checked in late so the convenience of being able to stay in hotel for a light meal and drink would have being a bonus .

Easy walking distance to restaurants, ATMs , coffee shops and shopping. Staff were super friendly and courteous. Breakfast had a amazing range and food tasted fantastic

I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests in the lobby and at breakfast and i think the poor staff were too.

The Moonlight is well equipped and very centrally located.

The hotel didn’t seem fully up and running yet but we know that will change but it made it feel a bit worn and dark in parts as a result, but we had great sleeps and a nice room and so this should not put anyone off as it was good value.

The reception staff were lovely and gave excellent advice and recommendations including a wonder city tour for 990,000 Vdg that was both excellent and excellent value (also we found other paid more elsewhere!) The hotel was also in a great location in the centre of the old town. The spa seemed closed but we booked and we received the most incredible Vietnamese massages ( highly recommended!) The breakfast was also good.
