Sapa Mountain Queen Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Sapa. It is really well located close to everything but nice & quiet with great views of the lake & town. Mr Kim, the manager was wonderful & nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very friendly & helpful & arranged a day trek for us with a fantastic local guide, Si who took us on a tour of the Muong Valley through rice fields & villages. Mr Kim also arranged a driver to take us to Heaven's Gate & Silver & Love Waterfalls. The rooms are a great size, & nicely appointed & ours had a lovely balcony with a wonderful view. Thank you to Mr Kim, Anh & all the staff. If you come to Sapa, be sure to stay at the Sapa Mountain Queen hotel- you will have a fantastic time!

Nothing - everything was great

The staff were very friendly & helpful especially Mr Kim & Ann who also arranged a trekking guide and private car to visit the waterfalls. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view over Sapa & the breakfasts were fantastic. It was a great location - close to everything but quiet. If you come to Sapa, stay here!

The rooms are a bit outdated, could use a touch up, but nothing major.

The owner was very nice and upgraded both our rooms upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had minor issues (door not closing properly), which we reported to the owner. The breakfast was delicious and with enough choices for everyone. You can order multiple things, the Pho is worth a try! We booked a trekking tour via the hotel, which was also very good.

Everything was fine

This is a great hotel with a central location, a very short walk to all amenities in Sapa. Had everything we needed, staff were excellent and attentive. Including booking two days of walking for us

We were kindly welcomed by the hotel staff and upgraded upon arrival after a 3 day trek. The room was spacious, very well equipped and very confortable and clean. We appreciated the central location, good beds and bedding, excellent shower and complimentary snacks, tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Hotel staff made every effort to accommodate us. Very good value proposition. Highly recommend.

We had lake view rooms that were very comfortable and spacious. They offered us a room to shower in the afternoon after checkout waiting for out transfer. They made complimentary sandwiches for our transfer. Very friendly staff.

We are a family of 5 and had two adjoining rooms - spacious and lovely. Great location and very thoughtful and helpful staff who went above and beyond, even giving us lunch for the long bus trip back unprompted. Thoroughly recommend.

Breakfast variety could be better. Then again Kim, the manager, asked us about this and mentioned they will have more changes in the future.

Kim, the manager is very forthcoming and helpful. After a warm welcome he assisted to book a tour, to book tickets to Fansipan without surcharge and was just overall very helpful. We had the family room with balcony which is highly recommended as you overlook the lake. It's very spacious and comfortable and good value for money. We'd go there again for location and value.

Amazing staff and great location. The manager and his staff couldn’t be kinder in helping out guests in a lovely nature. They even got me something to eat before embarking on a night journey back to Hanoi without asking, I really appreciated that!

Couldn’t get any help with transport booking for Hanoi even if wrote to the hotel months before

The hotel has good location close by the center, clean room with balcony and very nice view. Very good breakfasts.

The Sapa Mountain Queen House is very nicely located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of the small city. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the manager very helpful. The breakfast was ample and satisfying, with Vietnames and Western dishes offered. It is very good value-for-money.

The staff were amazing especially Mr. Kim, the manager. He was so kind and knowledgeable. The staff in the restaurant were kind and could not do enough for you. The room was lovely (We were upgraded and the room was ready when we arrived at 8.00 am, amazing). The location is great for Sapa town, just a 2 minute walk to the lake.

We had a excellent stay at the Mountain Queen House. Right from the start all the staff was very hospitable and helpful. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The Hotel Manager, Mr Kim was extremely thoughtful- accommodated an early check in for us, helped us with transportation, organize activities and even provided us with sandwiches for our journey back to Hanoi. The rooms were well sized and clean. The location of the property is great, very close to the lake and center of the city. Overall a great property, would recommend!

Mr Kim was extremely hospitable. He went an extra mile to make sure my kids were comfortable. This property is very close to all the good restaurants and the main market. The breakfast is also quite good. Will definitely recommend if you are traveling with family.

Incredible service from the beginning until the end of our stay. We got a free upgrade to a room view a stunning view on Sapa, got help with booking tours to the Hmong and Red Zao villages, got our tickets booked back to Hanoi... Truly a unique experience, thanks to all the staff!
