Breakfast options were plentiful but were more along the lines of dinner options rather than breakfast. There were multiple events in the evenings that disrupted the peace…the reason many of us go on vacation. There was painting and work going on on multiple days on multiple floors — at times the stairs were blocked and the crews weren’t great at cleaning up after themselves.

Polite staff; nice pool and accompanying bars, etc. Good sized room and easy beach access.

There's not much around the resort but it is very easy to get a taxi into town and the hotel does offer a few shuttles a day.

Beautiful resort, you’ve got all you need over there: spa, pools, bars, even a shop. Breakfast is tasty and there’s a lot of choice. A la carte menu also very satisfying.

We rented some bikes. On the first view they looked good but after a longer ride some malfunctions appeared, e.g. saddle could not be fixed properly. No complain to the resort, just to mention, it was very windy and rough sea, hence swimming at the beach was not possible.

The resort provides everything you need. Friendly staff, nice pool area. Large breakfast selection.

A bit out of the way from anything.

Fast check in with friendly staff. Help with bags to and from room. Large room with all needed amenities, great size with amazing views and very comfortable bed. Super quiet, never heard another guest. Amazing buffet breakfast and great dining restaurant. Access to a large pool, beach and many other things!

This is a very special hotel. Perfection. The meals both breakfast and evening served in delightful grounds by such lovely staff. Than and Thi looked after us so kindly. The grounds are extensive and immaculate, likewise the pools large and immaculate, the swim up bar a delight of well made cocktails. The beach clean and the life guard ever watchful, excellent fun for jumping in the waves. Our bedroom and balcony view dreamy room As I said perfection The local town is worth a trip to just for a coffee although we had a haircut too

Towels on sun beds early in the morning to secure a spot is really poor behaviour and the hotel should stop this happening. Shower was not very good and generally the rooms just needed a bit of maintenance.

Staff were excellent, pool area and gardens were great. Food was good. We played tennis every day, which was a real bonus.

Employees were very professional and supportive. Especially a big thank you to Hoa. She organised me a transport to a clinic, was always loughing 😉 and made my stay at Mui Ne Bay Resort something special.

We are on a backpacking trip and the last couple of hotels have been a nightmare so we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice hotel and this one did not disappoint! The staff were so helpful with everything we needed, the rooms were very big and nice! We got the best massage that we’ve ever gotten ! 10/10 would recommend

We would have liked it better if there was a hot tub. It is kinda far from things to do so more shuttle availability. Was not aware about the beach near by. The spa staff should allow for more modesty. We have had massages and spa treatments in many different countries and this one was a unique experience. The spa staff told us to undress as they stood and stared at us. Then they had us lay down with no cover. Then they didn’t use the cover to provide modesty. A little finesse in this area would go a long way. It was hard to feel relaxed as I was lying completely naked on the table. Also warm the oils or gels you are using.

The breakfast was good and had a large variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is beautiful.

The beach! Not in their control I guess but lots of debris and mess. The staff do clean the beach but the rubbish was constant. Whislt on 5km out of Muine there isnt a great deal to do in the town as such. We booked the Sand dunes tour through the hotel and it turned out a little confusing. You pay only once for the jeep, not per person, but then you have to pay again to get decent access to the White Dunes. No real fault of the hotel, it probably just needs adding to the flyer so you fully understand. This was rectified by the reception staff on checkout. The reception staff were also excellent with all our queries throughout our stay

The room was fantastic, although on the last night the aircon kept tripping constantly. Massive bathroom and great views overlooking the ocean. Housekeeping was brilliant, even spraying anti mosquito spray around the beds in the evening. The pool bar and the lads who worked there were great and worked so hard. Great variety of food available both asian and western. Two huge pool areas, plenty of beds available constantly.

Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet had a broad variety of delicious options. Gym was small but had all the necessary equipment as well as a children’s playroom and a Game Room next to it. There even was complimentary tea and cake served during tea time.

Not much. You will be close to nature, so expect that there are geckos and mosquitoes. The staff sprays the rooms with lemon grass fragrance every evening to dispel the bugs.

Stayed here 10 days. The location is amazing, clean, green, and well organized. The staff is exceptional. Ms. Sao made our stay unforgettable, and she helped my old parents with smile and enthusiasm. @Management: Please treasure her. The kitchen cooks both authentic Vietnamese and delicious Western food (pastas, pizzas, burgers, fried food, etc)
