- Absolutely no noise isolation. Room had windows to swimming pool and when anyone near swimming pool talks, you hear it as they talk in your room. Super noisy! - Nearest "beach" in walkable area is not beach at all. There are stone fortifications against waves. Some people still try to swim, but I would not call it pleasant swimming :)

There were some little things, like a strait view from the opposite balcony to my room and the bathroom window was broken so bugs got in. Also the balcony door didn't work well.

Great friendly staff! Location near beach and restaurants (Dong vui food court e.g). Nice room all in all.

The bathroom was not very clean, shower door was filthy - build up of scum like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The window was broken, so we had to stuff a towel in it to stop wildlife from coming in.

Staff were friendly & helpful, we booked a sand dune tour with them. Location is fantastic, right beside the food yard which is a must visit at night - so many delicious food options. It's also a short walk to the waterfront. The room was nice, huge bed and water in the room. Overall this hotel was fine for a couple of nights as we are travelling and the price was very good.

Maybe due to the pandemics, hygiene is not very good and need to be improved. The facility is a bit down graded(Some areas are closed while some are under construction). The bike I rented was very old and can be malfunctioned at any time.

Reasonable price and close to the beach. The staff are friendly but (may be due to the pandemics) so few staff there.

Not close to the beach. There was some kind of embankment. They offered me to move to grounded rooms, I appreciated that but the facilities is lacking, no hair dryers, airconditioner and TV's remotes are broken/not provided. The rooms were small. I expected 2 single beds but they were 1 double bed per room. The light from another room's veranda gleamed directly to our faces when we slept.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel doesn't have elevators, they offered me to change the rooms to the grounded rooms. I appreciate that. Rooms are facing with the pool so it was airy outside.

The beach is polluted but still interesting to walk along.

We really enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time around the pool in the shade. It’s a beautiful pool ( there are 2) and not crowded at all. The location is close to a great eating area/food court and right next to beach. The room was lovely, a groovy round bed and 2 balconies which the lovely owner upgraded us to. The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised our jeep tour and bus ticket for us and everything was great.

_The receptionist is so nice and has a good service mind. She gave us check in early at 11:00 a.m. and upgrade our room to a bigger one. We are so appreciate. _Food is so yummy especially a roast pock rice and a Vietnamese coffee is very tasty. Recommend!!!! _Little dog is cute. Love him. LoL _The room is big clean and convenient.

nice clean room really good pool facilities very clean good AC and fan staff were very helpful and friendly shoutout to the receptionist she was so friendly. they even booked our bus for the next day for us and did it at cost of the ticket no commissions that some hotels add.
