Bathroom needed some minor maintenance: shower was leaking. The windows and outside glass in general was dusty and should be cleaned from the outside: you can barely see through.

A high standard 4* hotel, exactly as you could expect in larger cities such a London or NYC. Everything was well organised. Great breakfast selection: you could also order your bahn cuon to be made on the spot

Location is great, right in the centre of town. 5 star hotel for less than £50 per night. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are really helpful. Arranging a motorcycle for me and giving me information of places to visit on my way to and from the waterfalls. Can’t fault the hotel In any way

Excellent 2 night stay here as our base to explore the UNESCO Geopark area ... impressive hotel with all the mod cons. Good communication via messenger service before and during our stay when we needed anything. Room was exactly as described on the 15th floor with beautiful views. Very spacious and clean. Restaurant - reasonable food at reasonable price; extensive menu and breakfast was also good. Swimming Pool and Gym - beautiful space up on the 20th floor ... if its shut just message and they send a team member up! Sky Bar - soft, fruit drinks and beer on the 21st floor with good views of the city. Some of the team spoke good English but otherwise translate app or messenger meant there was never a problem! A great stay in this hotel and would totally recommend as a high quality base for exploring the area!

I liked everything.

Excellent staff, super clean and had everything anyone would need. Very luxurious. A special thank you to Emma at reception who helped me try and locate a lost item at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Emma was extremely patient and spent a good deal of time helping me and her English was excellent, she is a valuable member of your team.

AMAZING. Obviously you can find much cheaper options in this town, but I thought I'd splash out! What a place! 5 star hotel for under £50?! The pool, the views, location! Why wouldn't you?!

we went in the holiday so it was so crowded at the hotel. the rooms were all full. and it took long time for the staffs to respond my request. the electric went off at the middle of the night

The lack of an end-of-day bar is disappointing. I was directed away from the obvious place on the ground floor to Level 6 (a karaoke bar, no drinks) to the restaurant, not really open, got a beer, no wine available. Then next day I was told it was on Level 21, no time to go there. I could not buy wine anywhere. The restaurant side of things is nascent, and perhaps will improve (it needs to, we ordered three dishes off the menu, and were later told two of them were not available. The lack of things detracts from the wonderful building, a disappointment.

I hope the architect is down for an award: an excellent design, well constructed, impressive, with excellent large and comfortable rooms. Well located, the building structure is very good. The staff were young, anxious to please and did their best. Breakfast was good. Great VFM at this stage

There was a problem with our booking and they wanted to charge us for two rooms instead of one. Their system is ridiculous and they were unable to fix the issue. The staff was nice but only one person spoke English (thank you Hoai for trying to help). Everyone else was pretty much useless to do anything about our problem.

The hotel is very nice and new and the rooms are comfortable.

maybe we had different expectation of a 5 star hotel. Dinner was a disappointment, almost like what is still available at 8.30 pm, expensive and nothing special. No wine available. No bar in the hotel. The pool that was advertised was fair, but closed according to reception. However we checked and quite a few people were there so joined for a bit. Maybe this was not a good time to visit, not a lot of stuff, and things closed early.

So me and my dad got separate rooms here after riding motorcycles for 8 days through northern Vietnam. Honestly this place was an AMAZING stay after so long on the road. Very comfortable with a kind staff that spoke good English. We ended up staying an extra day just to enjoy the hotel more and relax before we got back on the road and finishing our trip. The sky bar at the top has a great view oof the city and is centrally located. I recommend staying here and driving out to the angel eye mountain and waterfall then coming back for the night.
