We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bar wasn’t open and whilst the food was ok, we were the only people to eat in the restaurant. The hotel aims to be a four star luxury hotel but it doesn’t have the footfall to sustain that type of image. Having said that - it is probably the best hotel in Dong Ha.

We have been lucky staying on the ninth floor with amazing views from our bed, and with a smart TV (which I heard is not always the case for every room) very comfortable bed, friendly staff, amazing breakfast bar

SingaporeI didn't deduct a point because for the price with breakfast it is definitely worth it. However, I didn't like that they tried to charge me 600,000 VND for a taxi pick up from the train station. It is literally daylight robbery. Anyways, whoever messaged that price to me on Booking.com should avoid doing this next time. That being said, there will be many people who will attempt to overcharge you in Dong Ha. The bus from Lao Bao who helped take us back to Dong Ha last night warned me about this. I understand as there are very few tourists in this city. Hence, they try to get as much money as they can. They should avoid doing this if they want tourists to come back. I honestly have never experienced this in Dalat, Nha Trang, Da Nang and Saigon. However, it is rampant in the north of Vietnam. Overall, the hotel itself is worth the stay.
We went here from Da Nang for a visa run to Lao Bao before we went to Phong Nha caves. Comfortable beds, spacious and food was good. There is a gym and pool. The hotel staff are excellent. The hotel is near the bus station and train station. You can walk if it isn't hot outside. The metered taxi from the train to the hotel is only 50,000 VND but they may ask for 100,000k. I gave a 50k tip to the honest drivers.

United KingdomHotel was very run down, swimming pool closed early which was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons for booking. Bar on the top floor looks as if it has been closed for quite some time. All the information still says the bar is open and swimming pool open until 10pm. It felt as if we were paying for facilities that we could not use. A disappointing stay
