We arrived at the hotel very late as our bus had a massive delay. The night concierge was so very helpful and understanding even if we woke him up in the middle of the night. He quickly helped with our bags and showed us our wonderful room. All rooms are high standard, and you feel like you are in the Ritz We only stayed for one night (half in our case), but the hotel management took care of our bags the next day whilst we were hiking and exploring Sapa and the surrounding villages. On our return, they offered us to use the shower room and wait until our pick-up time (which was another couple of hours). Whilst we were waiting for our taxi, Ruby the loveliest receptionist, kept us talking, and she was telling us more about the hotel and the Sapa city. She took care of us not just as guest, she even packed us a small travel pack for our overnight bus trip. We can not even describe how grateful we were for her kindness. The service is over and beyond, and the hotel standards are over succeeding. We can't wait to come back and stay with My Boutique Hotel again. To all staff members, thank for the wonderful service, you truly are the best

Humidity

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. They always made sure we were happy and if we needed help with anything. We have never met such a helpful and polite staff. The hotel room was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that surprised us was the humidity in the room, which was noticeable. However, we mentioned it to the staff and they immediately provided us with a dehumidifier, which we switched on and the humidity in the room was significantly reduced. It is said that many hotels in Sapa struggle with this, because the air here is simply too humid. On the day of departure after check out, we were leaving late in the evening and the staff offered us to still enjoy the shower, offered to bring us towels and gave us fruit and pastries for the night trip. I applaud all the hotel staff who know that not everything is perfect but they do the best possible job with their approach to work and to guests and for that I give them 10*.

Great place to stay to explore Sapa. Staff were so helpful with anything we needed (transport onwards/ activities/ laundry). Definitely recommend!

Nothing, it was all exceptional

10/10 start to finish I would highly recommend this to people travelling to Sapa. The staff are some of the nicest we’ve come across, very helpful they even gave us some free pastery/water/fruit for our long journey back to Hanoi. The room was exceptional and very clean, bed was super comfy!. It’s ideally located and you can rent a motorcycle from the hotel aswell as get laundry done (they even asked us what temperature we wanted out laundry doing to avoid any shrinkage which is common when places do laundry). Very impressed would 100% go back.

Incredibly comfortable bed in a really nice room. I didn't get the name of the woman working at reception but she was amazing. She kept checking in on us after my partner was sick and when we were running late for our bus on the last morning she handled everything, organized the taxi for us and had us out as quick as she could, even giving us water bottles for the bus. Great hotel with wonderful staff, would really recommend.

A little pricey compared to other hotels in Vietnam however reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Sa Pa

The staff were amazing, really helpful and polite! The location was amazing just 5 mine away from a great pub and 10 mins away from the center of town. The facilities were completely clean and there was complimentary tea coffee and water available. Beds were very comfy especially compared to other hotels I went to in Vietnam. Breakfast was incredible it was buffet style service and a free option off the large breakfast menu as well included. 10/10 definitely recommend for a stay in sa pa

This hotel was very comfortable. The staff was incredible. I especially have to say that Ruby and Autumn were amazing and so extremely helpful at every step. We decided to extend our stay in SaPa because we enjoyed it so much. The Spa services were great, and the breakfast at the hotel is delicious. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to SaPa.

Beautiful location! Looking out onto the mountains, short scenic walk to the town centre. The staff were lovely, funny and attentive. Breakfast has something for everyone, the French toast is delicious. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds very comfortable. All in all great value for money, had a lovely time there.
