We didn't get the room we booked for. We booked the double room for 2 nights but got the family room instead because the hotel was fully booked. The family room probably needs some renovation (mold in some places) and is located behind the reception desk which can be a bit noisy. The staffs were kind enough to give us the double room the next day which was better than the family room.

This place is well located in a small quiet street. The staff is kind and speak well English. The double room is a good quality/price ratio.

At night, the karaoke nearby is really loud so earplugs are a must. At night it can feel really secluded but not a major problem.

The bed was super comfortable, room was very spacious and the staff there (both receptionist and overnight guard) were so helpful and super lovely. Good aircon too. Close to good food places too.

Nothing, apart from a large group partying in their rooms all night, music on loud until 3-4am and we would of liked the staff to ask them to turn it down - had very little sleep

I noticed some dirt on one decorative pillow, which was on the bed. Since the climate in this period is relatively cold, maybe they can provide more blankets.

(CASABLANCA) - the noise was loud from the karaoke from the neighbourhood - there was a cockroach in the room - could be a cleaner

- location is great for food and shopping - air conditioning is strong - Wi-Fi is decent (not great for work) - we got moved to Casablanca on request due to the construction going on opposite - free parking - staff are so helpful - laundry service 20k per kg

When we arrived, we were moved to a different property. The man taking us there told us that Nana 2 is mainly for locals so we had to move to casa Blanca hotel. Not sure whether this is what he meant or it got lost in translation and was just booked up because it’s a bit weird to move us for that reason otherwise. We still enjoyed our stay but did feel a bit odd.

We picked the pricier option that included breakfast. Apparently, there is no such service provided. When it came down to payment we said we weren’t going to pay the price that was supposed to include breakfast. We got some help from the neighbouring company to help translate and we understand she was disappointed we wanted to pay less than expected. She gave in but not fully. Huge let down being expectant to pay for something non existing.

Nothing, except I feel staff should have a little bit of English skill incase of any issues, not that I did have any problems, but if I did it would have been hard to communicate

The location was great. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around and not far from the main historical sites. Grab can find location easily too. Also close to local market. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable

No window apart from small one in the bathroom so felt quite damp. Toilet was leaking a lot too.

only issue was there were afew little flys in our room, we think they came into the room as the window was open and it was raining.

Great spot, lots of space and close to everything! Highly recommend We wanted to go for karaoke and the lovely man who was at the reception gave us a great recommendation.

The woman working at the reception didn´t speak any single word in English which made our communication with her extremely difficult. We booked a bus from Hue to Hoi An through this Homestay and she couldn´t tell us where the bus leaves from or anything about tickets. I had to go to the hotel nearby and asked someone to come back with me and translate.

We were able to stay one extra night due to flooding in Hue.

did not have all the facilities promised. room was by reception and I was woken up at 6am everyday. room was very dated and mouldy. bed sheets were stained, towels were ripped. lots of cockroaches!

facilities don’t match description, for ours or any room we could see. no tv, kettle, fridge etc. would have chosen a different place if we had known this, unfortunately reading reviews here they’ve been informed but don’t care to change the description.
