Nice rooftop pool, friendly staff

Since it is very close to the road, it could be quite noisy (people playing music at night, angry drivers horning), even inside the room. I suggest the hotel can distribute earplugs to guests.

I liked everything but it would have been great to have had more vegetarian options for breakfast. But, there were a lot of delicious fruits available to be fair. So, all in all, can't complain!

Can't fault this hotel. I liked absolutely everything. In fact, I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The room that I was given, located on the top floor, has the most amazing view. The beach is just across the road. Pool was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was lovely.

Cleaning needs improvement, during 7 nights stay the bathroom was not cleaned (it was just towels replacement).

I would love if the breakfast had more options and pastries. Also we really like the room service food but this time several items on the menu were not available.

Away from hustle and bustle of the centre, which was a bonus to us. Good swimming area on the beach 50m away and a large buffet choice for breakfast.

North of the central area of Nha Trang. Nice safe family beach and quieter residential area. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great clean and comfortable room directly facing the seafront for an excellent price. Decent breakfast with choices for everybody.

Hon Chong as an area was quite disappointing, there wasn't a lot going on.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was good

The room was very clean and well equipped. We had a sea view which was lovely. The pool on the roof was relaxing. The hotel is across the road from the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

It was amazing stay in Navada Beach Hotel. We gor room with sea view as upgrade. The room was beautiful. Also, we had the best breakfast there as well. We enjoyed the beach front of the hotel.

The breakfasts, while offering quite a few options, were average and have a lot of room for improvements. When we were at the pool, a couple of staff snuck into the bathroom there to smoke and since there is no air ventilator in the bathroom, the smell lingered for quite a long time and you can also smell it from the sun beds next to the pool. We had our bed sheets changed but it didn’t seem like they swept or vacuumed the floor.

We love our stay at Navada! We got a free upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise after a long train ride. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The views from our room were spectacular and we love the rooftop pool as well. Access to the beach is easy since it is just across the road and you can use sun lounges for free for 2 hours at a time. Navada isn’t in the centre of Nha Trang but we didn’t mind the location as it is quieter and there are some great restaurants in the area anyways. We would love to come back here again.

It would have been nice if there was some more entertainment nearby. Not a big problem as a lively atmosphere was available within a 10 minute taxi ride.

This hotel, while located on the beach, is in many aspects a great business hotel. Yes, it has a pool, a restaurant a bar and great views of the bay and beach, but lacks the warmth of a family oriented place. That doesn't mean it is bad, in no way. It is a very professionally run hotel with excellent rooms and services. The breakfast, a buffet with a huge choice of Western and Asian dishes, was excellent. The restaurant is huge and personnel is courteous. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes by taxi or Grab from the city centre. Near the hotel there are some high rise buildings that are mainly occupied by Russian people. They mix very little with other people in the neighborhood. The transport to and from the airport as arranged by the hotel was excellent. It is about a 50 minute trip one way.

It's not close to the main area if that's what you're looking for.

Big spacious room right across from the beach. The staff were very kind and always willing to help out. The breakfast was great and every day there was something different.

There are a few missing tiles in the pool which ended up cutting our friend’s toes. The shampoo dispenser head could use a fix. Both are minor issues.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Khan gave us some good suggestions around the area for food. The front desk manager was very accommodating to our needs and helpful with our questions.

Thank you for team support. Best staff and best breakfast. The location is near to the beach and it provides transportation to CXR airport as well. I definitely recommend this hotel.
