Perfectly located a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars. Our room was beautifully clean and spacious with doors opening up to a beautiful pool. I particilarly enjoyed having an early pre breakfast swim and to cool off before going to bed. Ms Thuy and her family were so pleasant always smiling and checking we were alright. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is just wonderful! It's so peaceful and quaint. Just set back from the road enough, and also a short walk to An Bang beach. Absolutely gorgeous family that looks after you here! So lovely and welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, well decorated and cosy. Breakfast was a menu, and made fresh for you. Loved the pool - just so refreshing. Nothing was too much, and I felt very looked after. Bicycles available for a short cycle into the centre of Hoi An. Would highly recommend this lovely homestay if you want to be by the beach - I agree with all the reviews and it surpassed my expectations!

Ngoc An Bang Villa was our favourite place to stay of our whole trip! The room was fresh and spacious, the location was perfect (5 min walk An Bang Beach, Hoi An with bicycle or Grab, Da Nang with motorbike) but above all we loved the staff! We had great chats with Thuy, a lot of recommendations, the best breakfast (Cao Lau the best we had!) and she and her aunt thought about everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We didn’t want to leave! Don’t hesitate, this is a place you want to stay if you are travelling to Hoi An!

Beautiful oasis in An Bang. The staff went over and above expectations to make us feel welcome, recommending local shops, restaurants and attractions and were so kind when we were unwell. The room is bright and modern and serviced daily, delicious breakfast, refreshing pool, quaint garden, lovely fellow guests and our hosts really made us feel part of the family. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a more authentic accomodation option that still has all the modern cons.

Everything at the place was nice, but atmost was the kindness of host. Thui made all our wishes came true. The location is great, proximity of see, the resaurants, bars, old town. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the pool in the evenings.

This cute family run hotel is amazing! The host could be contacted via whatsapp with all the requirements that we needed and she answered really fast. The rooms and all the hotel is really clean and taken cared of. There are bycicles to be rented for free in the hotel. Just few minutes walk to the beach and one minute to the main street with restaurants and cafes. free water refill Really really recommend!

The location was fantastic, Hoi An is near and easy to visit, and the village and beach have their own vibe and we enjoyed both. Thuy and the rest of the family were great hosts, they even let us check in at 6AM because we arrived with the night train and they helped with the train station pick up/drop off. All in all, we loved our stay here and we absolutely recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful time at Ngoc An Bang Villa! Ms Thuy and her family were attentive and loving hosts, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much! She was always available for questions and had excellent recommendations for restaurants, excursions and spa for us. The room was cleaned daily, everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast fresh and delicious. Be sure to try Rau Ma! 😉 A small oasis with short distances. The room was good, very comfy bed and plenty of space. The accommodation is located less than 5 minutes from the beach with several nice beach clubs. Also there’s a very cute street packed with restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk. The accommodation offers a very, very nice breakfast including Cao Lau and, pho and an amazing steamed rice rolls. What we liked most about our stay was our Host Thuy. She’s very helpful and above all very kind. She helped us find nice restaurants and book a motor tour to our next destination. We would highly recommend booking your stay here and we hope to come back some day.

Great location and lovely pool and room layout. Plenty of privacy if you want it. Ms Thuy (the host) really went above and beyond with helping out with various things I needed while I was staying here - eg. medicine, scooters, post, food, tailoring, a genuinely lovely human!

My family were discussing this question and the only negative we could think of was that we had to walk to the toilet to put things in the bin since there wasn't a bin in the normal part of the room.

The staff at Ngoc An Bang Villa are incredibly accommodation, friendly but also professional and gave us adequate space as well, something which isn't always that easy in such a hospitable country like Vietnam. The included breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious. The rooms were spacious. The air conditioning worked great. The wifi worked as you'd expect. The pool is lovely and a nice place to hang out. Each room has a minifridge, tv and a lovely area to sit and relax. Incredible value for this amazing find. Just the right balance of local and intimate and also a proper professional hotel. Best place we have stayed in Vietnam!

This place is amazing. It’s a small, genuine and family owned hotel close to the beach. We were in an accident and the staff helped us more than we could ever ask for. They made us feel safe even though we were far away from home, picked us up and helped us at the hospital and provided us with medical utilities. The pool is great, rooms big and cleaning services are very good.

It’s located just a few minutes walk from the sea. And there are plenty of good restaurants between the villa and the sea. Hoi An can be reached by using a bicycle that’s provided by the Villa. The rooms are spacious and clean. Best part is the staff who are very friendly and helpful. They can set you up with reliable local shops and services that make your stay even more enjoyable.

It was a little walk from the beach and 12min ride to town but this was probably a good thing if you want to avoid touristy areas
