One supper was not exceptional, but good. Guess tastes differ. The sea, it is a great upset, but I cant blame the Hotel. Little rocks are present in the sand, they not only hurt but also are sometimes covered with some oily sludge. The amount of plastic waste brought by tides is enormous. The workers clean the beach constantly, but the ocean is in a bad shape. And another upsetting thing is that I like to walk, and there's no place for me to walk. The territory is rather small for this particular purpose. I must say, that the beach is huge. But walking in the trees' shades is much more pleasant. Somehow they have the stove build in our villa. But now allow us to cook or heat up the food ourselves. Thats the most disadvantage point to us as we also have babies, but there’s no microwave or pots and pan to make food for kids. We understand that the hotel wants us to use room service, but our kids can’t have those food, and they now allow us to bring out side food. How conflicts?

Service is top notch ! Staffs are trained well, very polite and look after you. We booked a villa and really enjoyed it, so clean and comfortable with our beach view. Highly recommended Marriott !

It might sound strange for people going to stay in the island but there was a bit of choice in the buffet menu for a person who does not eat seafood and fish. Not sure if its only during winter time but the fruits offered in the hotel were tasteless; like orange, dragon fruit, melon and even mangoes. Exception of passion fruits and watermelons.

The place was exceptional for tranquil stay at the beach during our stay in the end of January. Responsive and friendly staffs. We stayed in 3 bedroom condo with ocean view which was very accommodating for 5 adults and meet our expectation. We enjoyed our time at the main pool of the resort. Breakfast and dinner were good for a week of stay. Aromatherapy massage was good.

As they say, if someone wants it, they will find a hole in the whole thing :) I have the same opinion and honestly, for a 5* resort and no matter how high the price per night stay is, I found several reasons why I think this resort should be rated 4* + In a facility ranked so high in the ranking, the shower drain grate should not be clogged, there was no shower gel (we had to ask for refill twice), the rain shower in the shower and the fridge were broken. although everything was quickly removed, such things should not happen at 5*.

The staff's service was absolutely perfect, even excessively polite. at every moment from arrival at the port to relaxation on the beach, exceptional courtesy and all assistance. Taking care of guest satisfaction. An ongoing random guest satisfaction ranking. Delicious meals with an incredibly large selection of dishes and delicacies. Large, spacious rooms (we chose the deluxe option specifically). Small number of people on the beach and swimming pools, even though the number of guests during meals indicated a large number of people.

Friendly and helpful staff. Full time nurse working in the clinic which was very helpful. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely fantastic. Rooms are clean and fresh and regular buggies taking to and from VINWonders is brilliant. The outdoor pool and bar is a treat and a massive pool it is and very clean to swim in.

We booked the beach villa , I convinced my husband to pay extra because it was beach front , the beach was sectioned off with a wall of bushes and a fence , the point of a beach villa is that you step straight out onto the beach , if I knew it was not really beach front we could have paid much less for a standard villa. The villas are not equipped , what’s the point of having a kitchen if it’s not got anything in it like cutlery or anything The beach was dirty , lots of plastic waste being washed out and left on the beach. Sands restaurant- When you check in they use face recognition screens , the first night me and my husband decided to pay for the sands buffet ( it was approx £40 per person ) we looked at the screen and a big Red Cross appeared on the screen and it kind of made you feel criminal, we were escorted to the side whilst they let another 30 people in , we had the cash ready in our hands to pay for the buffet but the whole experience left us feeling like second class citizens considering it was suppose to feel like 5 star service My husband is a vegetarian and there was nothing for him to eat there , everything had meat in , even the salad had meat in , he ended up eating cheese and crackers ( £40 for cheese and crackers ) I also didn’t like the only drink included in the buffet was water , they had no soft drinks available unless you pay extra for it which was approx £3 each for a can of Pepsi , sorry but sands buffet was a waste of time and money

If you don’t like speed boats don’t book this , as the hotel is on a island , the only way of getting from mainland to the island is from a 10 min speed boat ride. The only thing I could recommend was the breakfast buffet at greens restaurant The breakfast was super at greens and the staff at greens was very good The staff on the beach was helpful too . My drone got stuck in a tree and the beach staff helped me get it back

The island is far from the town. But the free round trip by boat was supplied by the resort. It was amazing.

I stayed here during 2 nights. It was fantastic and much better than I expected. Everything was good, so I tried to get the spa services. Spa services were also much more special than spa services in the town. You can enjoy the beef and seafood BBQ at breakfast. I didn't swim again at the beach in the town after swimming at the beach in this beautiful island.

It would be better if the changing tables are added to the public toilets and YouTube should be added to the room service.

The staff and services are great. We love everyone we met there, especially Chef Phuc, Ms Hanh and Ms Linh at the breakfast area. We also appreciate Mr Toan and Ms Hanh at the reception and boat gate area. They helped and supported us a lot during our stay and super friendly. Food is great and the room is spacious and very clean! We will come back and stay at Marriot Nha Trang next time. Thank you!

When checking in i was unsure of the process of paying money/ deposit to you, so that there is no need to carry cash or card. I have not seen this before at a hotel. Most times and the same applies at the hotel you charge to the room then pay on checking with the hassle of a so called deposit? I did. It understand the need for this.

Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lovely gardens. Gym is excellent well enough equipped for holiday guests Massage I can recommend also Transit from mainland/ return is well organised after the initial checkin.

If traveling to the mainland alot this can be a tad annoying due to having to travel on the speedboat and shuttle around island, circa 45 mintues to get back over before heading into nha trang proper - Not the hotels fault in the sightest - they have this scheduled to reduce the burden as much as possible which runs like clockwork

Great hotel - was being taken over by marriott from Vinpearl while we were staying there without any drop in service. Facilities are great, Food was excellent, breakfast and dinner buffet were as diverser as you could want - everyone would find something they love and something they have never tried before. Look and feel of the hotel are fully 5 star

There weren’t a lot of food options outside of the buffet. The bar menu and room service menu are pretty basic. The buffet leaned heavily toward eastern cuisine which as Americans that live in Korea, we had no problem with but would have enjoyed having more western options. You can take a tuk tuk to the other Vinpearl resorts and eat at those restaurants which we did a few times. One morning we woke up and there was quite a lot of trash in the water and on the beach. The resort had a ton of workers out cleaning it up but just a heads up. That is pretty typical of beaches in Vietnam and not anything the resort has control over.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately maintained. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 3 room Villa with private plunge pool and direct beach access. The Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved walking out onto the beach and watching the sunrise. The main pool is huge and perfect for swimming or lounging. The breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of western and eastern options.

Unfortunately there was some trash on the ocean bay, that we didn't expect. We know it is not responsibility of the resort to keep the ocean clean, but definitely would improve the experience if they did some ocean cleaning.

The hotel is amazing. Everything is fresh, clean, ready on time. Absolutely recommend to stay 4/5 days to rest and enjoy the amazing beach and pool side. The gym is also super well equipped if you are keen on keeping fit. The food buffet has all sorts of different food and really tasty!

The villa is very big and nice but so many details are worn or outdated, stains on the rug and sofas , the pool is also not so clean and fresh as desired. The same goes for public spaces.
