Check-in process quite confusing. It's a "floor hotel" in a huge condo building, so no signs, no reception, you need to call to pretty receptionist girl and wait until she find you on lobby and you got your keycard to come. No low light in rooms, only bright ceiling light.

Superb location and view (if you take room with THE view).

The soundproofing isn't the best, I had to listen to the water flow of someone else's showering at night. There is no proper table for working, but I made use of the small tea one. The power sockets are few, but manageable. The hygiene substance jars are placed outside of the shower booth - quite inconvenient. And they don't cover parking fee, which could have been a great bonus touch.

I got a room that has view of the city and a wee bit of the sea, probably thanks to the staff. Everything is good, except for these tiny details:

A very comfortable holiday apartment in the northern part of Nha Trang. Right next to the beach and many amenities nearby. Nice staff and would definitely stay here again. We ended up staying here for 5 nights after a 1 night booking.

Location a bit difficult to find the first time as the name of the hotel is not mention at the outside. I'll post a picture of the entrance. I called the hotel and someone came to pick me up and check in. 👍

To be clear: this is not a hotel, it’s an apartment in a residential block. So don’t expect breakfast or a common area to chill or meet people. Coffee, tea and water is provided. The room is very clean and spacious, with a wonderful view of the ocean and the city. You can see the sunrise from your bed. Nice and comfortable place to get away from the busy city. The beach opposite the apartment is wonderful.

It's far from hotel to boat station. I always rent motor to move so it is not problems with me.

We came back to Nha Trang for diving. We rent hotel 3 times in 2 months lol 2 minutes from hotel to beach, super market and many restaurant and street food is beside. It's worth every penny.

Great Value! Close to the beach 🏖️. Near good restaurants. Nice size room with a balcony. I will stay here again when I return to Nha Trang.

No credit cards only cash Hard to find, no reception desk, kind of a popup hotel? Not even the guard knew that there is a hotel in his building. Contact via booking / whatsapp necessary Ac didn’t work proprerly, mold in it. bathroom wasn’t so clean, sheets werent changed from previous guest.

Here is where the price tells you what you get.it’s extraordinary cheap, for a room this size and ocean view, but surely there were some downers. It must be emphasised that the value is good for the price and the stuff was extremely helpful. Laundry service or free washing machines, microwave etc.

The location was hard to find. The hotel is on the 34th floor of a building with no signage or reception on the bottom floor. After speaking with the security, they informed me I had to call and have reception meet me. This isn't a problem but should be better advertised in the booking profile.

City view was nice and I was able to have early check in. Both women who worked with reception were super friendly and were able to give me recommendations.

Odd and unpleasant smell came from the bathroom exhaust fan from time to time. No breakfast or no cleaning ladies everyday. They will come once in few days time. We had to pay deposits which were not mentioned earlier and we hadnt change the money for that. Which caused short of vietnamese dong for the trip. We did not give our passports to them. They wanted to keep our passports during the whole trip 🙄

I stayed in many hotels and even homestays that I am upper genius 3 level. But this was weird because she wanted my passport and I said no can't keep it. So instead of like other hotels taking a photo, she took a deposit said if I broke anything the deposit is for that. That is understandable but weird like renting a house. And then she asked me a one towel missing where it is? I sent a photo with both towels and she said oh sorry it was someone elses room. The first day I had a bad day I had a small accident and worne off and couldn't get in to the room because the card was not working,and I had to wait about 20-30 min Infront of the room until she makes a new card. She lost the key card for the room I booked and wanted to give a twin room but then gave a room similar to my initial booking. Also not professional. It's on the 34th floor few rooms and not exactly a hotel. Partial beach view. The bed sheets were not very comfortable. Fridge doesn't cool much. No beach towels Gives the feeling of not trusting the guests, don't know what kind of people stayed there. It did not meet my expectations and the value for money,because for 200000 l more I actually could have stayed in a better one with breakfast and I regret that.

The bed mattress was comfortable. Pillows were okay. The balcony was good. Balcony view was okay. It was clean. Hot water in bath room. There is a drier, forgot to test it. The location was the best actually. Direct Infront of the beach and few locals,pharmacy and supermarket just there.
