Room without a window, not for me. Felt like an isolation room. I’m sure the bigger rooms are better. Hot water system felt like it was not consistent. Warm, hot, cool, hot again. Air-conditioner seem to me needed cleaning. Stale air came through into the room.

Location, staff & breakfast were great. Staff made every effort to welcome & provide assistance when requested. Location is excellent for access to district one historical sites & attractions. Food offerings for breakfast was good. A selection of Asian & Western styles available.

There is nothing to mention. Everything about hotel was so good.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was also more spacious than those of other hotels. Moreover, the abundance of good restaurants nearby made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel was superb, surpassing that of any other hotel.

shower poorly designed making it near impossible to have a shower without flooding room. gym ok but poorly designed. why would you choose a decline bench press. hardly anyone would use this. swap it for flat bench.

Right front the start, one of our welcome drinks had a huge dirty hair hanging out of the glass. This overshadowed and set the tone for my entire stay. No apology, only a quick swap of the drink. A lot of damaged things around the building and in the room. I put it down to the usual Vietnamese rough attention to detail.

Great location and staff are always good. The buffet breakfast had a really good selection of food which was beautifully prepared. I loved that they had succulent pork ribs one of the mornings, which was a bit different. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it also looked amazing and a really nice area to relax.

Mattress on single bed in room was not comfortable...double mattress was perfect

Very clean spacious bedroom, beautiful breakfast buffet, staff very helpful & friendly (we checked out at 12 but had late flight & we were allowed use their Sauna Room downstairs to shower & change)...location great, lovely rooftop pool

this hotel is too localised standard !!! how can it be convenient for the foreign guest? Eg: switch on TV but written in Vietnamese? and all TV channels are Vietnamese program (99% speaking vietnamese) how can the guest enjoy ? Is hotel expect guests can read and adjust the TV channel themselves?

Could’ve been a bit more tourist friendly. We could mostly see corporate & business guests. Gym could be improved bit still does the job.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. The housekeeping did a great job. Hotel’s location is prime and everything is at a walkable distance.

Lobby is smoking area. Guests were greeted by the smell of smoke when entering the hotel. Not a good experience for non-smokers. Lounge is smoking area at 12th floor but that is acceptable and people who dislike smoke may choose not to go. Rooms are tired and dark but compensated with bright lights.

Location is convenient. Room is clean with complete toiletries provided.

The location is just nearby vincom And takashimaya it is walkable.. the buffet braekfast was superb! I will surely come back to this hotel when i have the chance
