few steps from beach, restaurants and small shops just around the corner, nice beach view, breakfast acceptable with few a la carte choices but menu should have some pictures of food so you know what you ordering, my banh mi wasnt what I expected (not a baguette, not a sandwich), soft matress, rooms had a clean feeling, with small surcharge they allowed us to checkin 6 hours earlier

Sometime hot water was not coming but it was ok as the weather was quite hot.

The location of the property is very good, one minute walk to beach. The girl Phúc and Huyên at reception were very friendly and helpful. They also helped with the places to visit and booking good tours and they also make sure that my stay at hotel is smooth and nice.

Breakfast was limited, but at least they offered something complimentary. The facilities, when it comes to Pool, Gym… 100% needs updating. We didn’t even touch the facilities. Half of it was leaking water when trying to go up to use the rooftop pool. There was literally only 2 seats available to sit when using the pool….

The deluxe king room with panoramic views are beautiful! Absolutely worth the value, and affordable price point with what you are getting. Everything was functional and staff was lovely.

The bathroom was small and we did not get beach side view. But it did not matter much to us since we were out from morning to night. The charging point was less (the ones at bedside behind bed and could not be used)

The staff at the reception were helpful and specially the staff (I dont know her name) but who hails from Đà Lạt region was very helpful and kind. So thank you to all the staff members 🙏🏼🙂 The location was good and close to beach. The room rent was very reasonably during our visit.

This hotel is a little old. Shower heads had some leakings but very reasonable in terms of price. Nothing that I didn't like.

Love the view and the staff, Suong being extremely helpful throughout my stay. She arranged my transportation and tickets to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An with the best time recommendations to take perfect photos and experience. The location was amazing as it is close to restaurants and the beach. 10/10 for this hotel.

Admirable sea view in the room, soft mattras. Everyday cleaning. Very helpful and friendly staff with good english-speaking skills. They checked us in even 2 hours earlier, so we didn't wait. Nice breakfast with local dishes. Good Wi-Fi connection.

The room seemed slightly smaller, I think the bathroom was built using a space that originally belonged to the room. However, although both the room and the bathroom were smaller, they were perfectly functional. The hotel rooms do not have a balcony. This seemed to me to be the biggest minus, when you come from the beach you have towels and bathing suits to dry, but you don't really have where... The restaurant only served breakfast, for lunch and dinner you had to go somewhere else, it's true that there were plenty of good restaurants near the hotel. The area where the hotel is located looked like a big construction site, right next to the hotel was being built (I was not disturbed by the works, I don't know how it was for those who had rooms facing the construction). But the whole area looked like a huge construction site, it was being built in several areas, you could see houses built but not completed alongside functional houses, it seems that the whole area will look different in the next 5 years. There were areas demarcated with the help of ropes in the water, the areas reserved for people being quite small and narrow, as a result in the afternoon hours there was agglomeration in the water, although next to these areas there were large areas where there was no one. I did not understand what those free colors were intended for: for water sports or just to limit areas with people and to be more easily supervised by lifeguards. Anyway, slightly disappointing!

Hotel located in second line of hotels on the beach, but having sea view (I bought a room with a sea view and it was ok). The breakfast was quite good, it was served every morning at the restaurant located on the 4th floor of the hotel. The breakfast was buffet-style, quite a wide variety, you could choose both European and Vietnamese breakfast options. I especially noticed the guy who was preparing eggs in the morning, very fast and efficient, well done! The girls at the reception spoke English quite well and were very focused on helping the client. I especially noticed Suong, who spoke English very well and who helped me organize the trip to Ba Na Hills. Daily cleaning in the room, towels changed daily. Pool on the roof (floor 15), great view, we never taste it, only check it. The beach was beautiful, with fine sand, quite wide, warm water.

our toilet leaked , but for 9 night stay didn't bother with that to change rooms ... windows should be cleaned more often, umbrella at the pool worn out they should change it

breakfast decent, nice view we had a sea view double room , location perfect only 2-3 min walk , and near to the restaurants, staff helpful , we could rent a motorbike what was cheap and good condition, we extended our stay because we like it there

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. I arrived from a late flight and the staff were there to check me in at 2am. Very close to the beach with a nice selection for breakfast. Lots of things to do nearby. You can see the sunrise over the sea I the morning.

There were a few loud guests at nighttime and lots of smoking on our floor, but otherwise very comfortable.

The facilities could definitely be upgraded in the gym and at the pool. Little things that need to be fixed, but didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast was whatever. Got the job done, but better places walking distance.

The property has a nice location, one block away from the beach, and a couple blocks down from restaurants/bars. For what you pay, the views from the room and rooftop are amazing. Staff is very friendly and helped me rent out a motorbike and do laundry. Wifi was good.
