Great hotel, close to the beach, and a surf break. We stayed in a fantastic room with a huge glass wall. Pefect for checking the surf! Our point of contact with the hotel, Bay, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was also able to book activities for us. Thanks Bay and the Nhat Minh team.

The hotel itself could use some fixups

The staff will go over and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. The owners work at the hotel, as it's common in Vietnam. My sister really like the forks they had, asked them where she could buy them, but couldn't find any at the market they pointed us to. The owner then gave her some as a gift!

construction in front of hotel and location is not exactly on beach. So the view of the beach is obstructed by the upcoming building. Maybe they should update the pictures to show the reality.

We liked everything.

We liked several things about this hotel. Number one, the staff was exceptional especially Mr. Ne who was extremely attentive and intent on making sure we were enjoying our stay. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and of course the beach is within a two minute walk, just perfect.

Staff are very friendly and restaurant staff open 30 minutes earlier than usual to prepare the breakfast for us as we will be catching early flight.Service was Excellent.

There are only few tiny things I would recommend to be changed/amended: the room window was bit smeary (from inside, not outside), one of the curtains could not be moved, there were only Vietnamese channels on the TV, the breakfast could have had more fruits and/or vegetables. But these are all small things which did not affect my overall positive experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the room was great, staff very friendly and always nice, there is a small gym and a swimming pool on the roof which is kept clean, the hotel is only about 200 meters from the beach, wifi was good.

Like most minibar refrigs there was too little room to store ice. And they are too small. There could have been more variety for breakfast.

The floor to ceiling sweeping windows were fantastic... The view was marvelous....The management was quite helpful in seeing to some details I needed, like replacing some lamps that did not turn on. The omelets prepared at breakfast were among the best I have ever been served.
