AustraliaA tiny thing - the main doors are big heavy glass doors that do not open automatically and are not staffed at all times, so, when you have your hands full with children and shopping bags, trying to open the main doors yourself is a little difficult.
Excellent service - the staff were extremely proactive and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and the interior is fresh and well-designed.

GermanyThis is more of a business hotel, a bit far out. The minibar was not stocked, which is strange for a 5* hotel. Only from premium rooms there is something in it. I didn't want anything for free but I had to get something at the lobby or go shopping. The most stupid thing was that they close the pool in "winter". At 30 degrees not understandable. We got an email in advance with information about possible restrictions because of Covid but there was nothing about a closed pool and that had nothing to do with it. If we had known that the pool was closed, we would not have chosen the hotel. The staff seems a bit overwhelmed. At the SPA they didn't know the prices or the opening hours, when I complained about the pool the staff at the reception didn't know how to deal with it at all, although I was very friendly, asked for the reason and expressed my disappointment. They then got the manager who spoke very poor English and then offered me a soft drink as a replacement and said they would clean the room extra well the next day. All no drama but not quite appropriate for 5*. Overall, the hotel was also quite empty and you felt a bit lost there.
A new, modern and comfortable hotel. The rooms are nice, well furnished, even with ironing board and personal scale. Comfortable bed, good (not very good) breakfast. New, very clean.

BrazilThese days there is a construction site near hotel that is noisy and begin 7am. The location is in a new neighborhood and there are few options around in walk distance.
In my opinion is one of best hotels at Haiphong. The room is super confortable, with special note to the bathroom, and the staff is superb. The bed is not super, but it's good. And the hotel have 3 restaurants, 2 of them for japanese food.
