Love the pool and the friendly staff. The rooms were also clean with comfortable beds. Location is convenient:-)

Ceiling leak, for sure with mold as you can see with my picture ! The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Around the swimming pool, several wastes, need a big clean ! For one night ok, but donc go for more

As the hotel was not really occupied the breakfast choice was very small. The equipment is old, needs to be repaired and replaced.

We received free upgrade to bigger room. Good location in front of the sea. The sea is not so clean in this part, so we spent most of the time at the roof top swimming pool which had and amazing view. Good and fast wifi.

It was hard to get a smile from staff. My main concern though relates to hygiene and covid protection measures. One or two staff occasionally wore a mask. In the breakfast area one member of staff was coughing and sneezing seemingly without awareness or care. I used my google translator and told her to put on a mask. A lesser concern was the coffee... it should be freshly brewed each day but it tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. I stayed at this hotel once before and enjoyed it. I was disappointed with it this time and won't go back. There are many others to choose from.

Lots of people, noisy. The elevator has to wait 5-10 minutes. Poor breakfast, Vietnamese buffet with a lot of people.

Our room is on 11th floor. Swimming pool on the 12th floor. It's too noisy as the room soundproof is so poor. Our reservation is included the breakfast but it's not really good. Not many choice of dishes even it's buffet.

The room which reserved for my family, is big and quite clean. It has the balcony with sea view.

The rooftop pool could have been fixed up, furniture was outdated and the glass frame around the pool was dirty, ruining the view a bit. Also, during our stay the TV was not working, would have been nice to come back after a long day at the beach to watch a movie and relax.

The room was big and spacious, and the wifi had a strong signal, we were up on the 11th floor. The location was pretty good as well, walking distance to both Circle K and GS 25 shops, and the beach was across the street. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Not worth the money. Its more like q 1 or 2 star. Breakfast same everyday n taste horrible. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't that good, we decided to skip breakfast the second night. They said they would have a motorbike reserved for us, but they didn't. We had to find one to rent.

I liked the hotels location. It was across from the ocean. The rooms didn't look as nice as the ocean, they upgraded us to 2 double beds, but we didn't want to stay in the room, it smelt musty.

The hotel can be noisy. Tiled corridors, slammy doors and some guests talking loudly early in the morning / late at night. There was also team building + megaphone which started at 6.30am Saturday morning on the beach (nothing to do with the hotel). Pretty standard in Vietnam though! Breakfast = Vietnamese choices, but that is fine for us.

We love this place. Have been back many times. Stayed in a beachfront room which are a great price for the location. Nice little pool on the roof too.

The hotel seems to attract large tour groups. It's often very busy and noisy. Breakfast was a huge disappointment.

The room is nice and spacious. We had a wonderful view.
