Staying at Nt Elysian in Hanoi was an absolute blast! Tommy, Doha, and Anna were like our personal happiness superheroes, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. They even threw us a special dinner party with great food and music, making us feel like VIPs. Huge shoutout to this dream team for making our trip unforgettable!

The hotel is at the best location in Hanoi. Everything you need will be there. Also, Tommy and Doha are absolutely master of hospitality. They will welcome you in the best way possible and help you through your stay at the hotel. If you look for a hotel where you feel like at home, then you definitely need to go there. I absolutely recommend this NT Elysian hotel.

Not to have time to stay longer and enjoy this place.

We arrived late in the night because of delayed in our flight. Great communication with the hosts who waited for us. Arrived and tired, Tommy didn't rush us and offered us a tea. Our rooms were comfortable and we had all we need for the night. Mattresses were not too firm. AC worked well. Our rooms were beside the elevator, however we didn't hear it. The room overlooked the courtyard. The curtains were opaque, so we weren't awakened by daylight. The hotel is located in the very centre. There are many local options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street, at the corner.

It is a bit old and tired. The bathrooms like most in this class in Vietnam, have some mouldy grout which is off putting. Also toilet door didn’t close correctly in our unit. Finally when you leave you have to take the key that activates the aircon, this means returning to a hot room.

Great location but blocked off at night for cars which made access problematic. The staff could not be more helpful. They treat you like family

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff. Their friendliness was palpable and made me feel instantly welcomed. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the professionalism displayed by every member of the team. Whether it was the front desk staff or housekeeping everyone carried out their duties with efficiency and a smile. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and were dedicated to ensuring that guests had a memorable experience. What truly stood out to me was the genuine desire of the staff to ensure that I was happy and comfortable during my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had and were always eager to offer recommendations for things to do in the area. It was refreshing to encounter such enthusiasm and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience in this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the incredible team of individuals who work there. Their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to guest happiness set this hotel apart, and I cannot wait to return for another stay in the future.

I’ve stayed at many properties around Hanoi that are much more expensive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable with a very home style, safe feeling atmosphere. The staff and management were amazing. I’ve never felt so welcome anywhere else. I was looked after in every way possible without asking. It’s a small family run business and it shows . I wouldn’t book anywhere else now that I’ve experienced what true hospitality is like . Tommy and Bo Ha became my friends in the few days I was there . I’ve never had an experience quite like it .

The owners - brothers Tommy & Doha are very kind and helpful. They will share with you tons of tips. In the room you get what you see in pictures (all of them have window). At night it is quiet, nice area. Totally recommend.

We initially booked two nights at the Elysian Hotel but ended up extending our stay for a few more days. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Tommy and Doha were attentive and eager to assist with organizing our trip, providing great travel tips for newcomers to Vietnam. While the hotel requires some construction work, the owners are actively addressing it, and overall, we felt comfortable. The location was very convenient, and the hotel organized our airport pickup. If u are in the mood you could even get organized your travel by Tommy. can recommend this hotel

Tommy just re-opened the hotel so there is some renovation still to do, but nothing that prevented me to give a 10/10, especially as the only problems I had were solved right away by Uncle (mainly plugs not working). And their niceness compensated for this. I think if they want to keep thriving, they can work on 2 things : - making the breakfast available in the hotel. I think Tommy is already working on renovating the last floor to make this happen. Until then, maybe he could make a partnership with a pho restaurant or a café in town to provide discounts for the hotel customers? breakfast is THE thing when you travel a lot ! - the bathrooms might need to be renovated at some point - they are OK, but the rooms could gain value with this. Also a work in progress by Tommy ! - the middle rooms (those with only a small window facing the inside staircase, so no natural light) could benefit from a air dehumidifier. Again, no biggie, but that small investment would make the rooms less humid after showers ;) Those are only small improvements that can be done little by little, as the hotel only reopened recently. Giving those to help the staff, so they can reach perfection in the next few years and keep that extremely good grade of 10/10 on Booking and Google !

They totally deserve all the good Booking and Google comments. At the beginning of my stay, the manager Tommy said that I would feel like "home away from home". And that's exactly how I felt. If i'm going back to Hanoi one day, it will be at NT Elysian Hotel. Tommy behaved like a big brother towards me, which was great because I stayed alone in the hotel (my friends were in other parts of town). Tommy and his brother, that I call Uncle now, always had a smile for me, asked me how was my visits, helped me to plan my next days or find the best restaurant. One day, I missed the closing time of a nearby pho restaurant for breakfast and Tommy drove me with his scooter to another (delicious) restaurant so I could have food !! He also organised complimentary dinners and karaoke parties on Fridays, and always had a cup of tea for me. He took care of everything : laundry, sim card, fixed an electrical plug that wasn't working in my room... he even booked for me a Halong Bay tour and a Ha Giang tour that were great and less cheap that if I booked them online on my own. The hotel kept my heavy luggage when I was visiting the rest of North Vietnam. I stayed at NT Elysian almost 10 days in total, but divided in 3 different stays. I had the chance to try 3 different rooms and all of them were super comfy with good beds, great bed and AC, and decent noise isolation from the outside compared to other places in town. I would recommand sleeping in the rooms that are facing the street for more natural light (but more noise, because it's Hanoi, so you have to pick one or the other in any hotel...). The windows are bigger on the side facing the street, and the room is also bigger.

I stayed here for two weeks and am a solo female and digital nomad. This was an excellent experience. Tommy and his brother made me feel safe and at home in Hanoi. They went above and beyond to organize trips to Sapa, Ha Long, and Nin Binh as well as rides to the airport. I was able to take Zoom meetings and work in a nice room. The location is great because it’s often the last pick up and first drop off from bus trips. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and sites. Beer corner is a 5-minute walk! Thank you, Tommy for a wonderful time in Hanoi!

We were welcomed so warmly by Tommy! This place has an excellent location and was very comfortable. Tommy and the staff will do anything you need to make your stay perfect. If you are in a budget, this place is a great value for your money. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi!
