Located perfectly in the old city, the NT Elysian hotel was very comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you Tony, Doha and Annie for being such gracious hosts.

Absolutely everything from our warm kind hearted welcome, the free happy water and amazing food they prepared for all of us on the Friday !! Great spot near everything all cafes and restaurants. Couldn’t have been happier amazing memories made most lovely people you’ll ever meet especially Tommy ! Anything you need help with he’s there to lend a helping hand, beds were good pillows were soft and shower was new with a nice hot shower !! Especially after accidentally leaving my AirPods behind he literally jumped in a car and dropped them off to me a 40 min drive honestly such an amazing team, when we come back to Vietnam we’re staying there again for sure !!!! 🥰❤️💯🎊

The hotel was just what I needed! After a bad start in Hanoi with another hotel I was so relieved to stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfy and the staff were exceptional with all of my needs! Tommy is a fabulous host and couldn’t do enough for us! The hotel is also in a perfect location. I will miss their hospitality and especially the ginger teas! Thank you so much Tommy, you made our trip to Hanoi amazing! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

How friendly the staff was. Tommy was so good he mapped everything out, where to go all the things to do from cite seeing to food restaurants. The hotel put on a part every Friday for their guest and stuff. Was a beautiful place to stay would recommend it to anyone. would stay again.

Staying at Nt Elysian in Hanoi was an absolute blast! Tommy, Doha, and Anna were like our personal happiness superheroes, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. They even threw us a special dinner party with great food and music, making us feel like VIPs. Huge shoutout to this dream team for making our trip unforgettable!

The hotel is at the best location in Hanoi. Everything you need will be there. Also, Tommy and Doha are absolutely master of hospitality. They will welcome you in the best way possible and help you through your stay at the hotel. If you look for a hotel where you feel like at home, then you definitely need to go there. Not to have time to stay longer and enjoy this place.

We arrived late in the night because of delayed in our flight. Great communication with the hosts who waited for us. Arrived and tired, Tommy didn't rush us and offered us a tea. Our rooms were comfortable and we had all we need for the night. Mattresses were not too firm. AC worked well. Our rooms were beside the elevator, however we didn't hear it. The room overlooked the courtyard. The curtains were opaque, so we weren't awakened by daylight. The hotel is located in the very centre. There are many local options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street, at the corner.

It is a bit old and tired. The bathrooms like most in this class in Vietnam, have some mouldy grout which is off putting. Also toilet door didn’t close correctly in our unit. Finally when you leave you have to take the key that activates the aircon, this means returning to a hot room.

Great location but blocked off at night for cars which made access problematic. The staff could not be more helpful. They treat you like family

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff. Whether it was the front desk staff or housekeeping everyone carried out their duties with efficiency and a smile. What truly stood out to me was the genuine desire of the staff to ensure that I was happy and comfortable during my stay. I’ve stayed at many properties around Hanoi that are much more expensive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable with a very home style, safe feeling atmosphere. The staff and management were amazing. I’ve never felt so welcome anywhere else. I was looked after in every way possible without asking. It’s a small family run business and it shows . I wouldn’t book anywhere else now that I’ve experienced what true hospitality is like . Tommy and Bo Ha became my friends in the few days I was there . I’ve never had an experience quite like it .

The owners - brothers Tommy & Doha are very kind and helpful. They will share with you tons of tips. In the room you get what you see in pictures (all of them have window). At night it is quiet, nice area. Totally recommend.

We initially booked two nights at the Elysian Hotel but ended up extending our stay for a few more days. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Tommy and Doha were attentive and eager to assist with organizing our trip, providing great travel tips for newcomers to Vietnam. While the hotel requires some construction work, the owners are actively addressing it, and overall, we felt comfortable. The location was very convenient, and the hotel organized our airport pickup. If u are in the mood you could even get organized your travel by Tommy. can recommend this hotel
