Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TaiwanThe pool villa was perfect for our large family. It was convenient to communicate with the manager via Whatsapp before check-in, and the day before check-in, the chef and room manager added us on Whatsapp, so we could request and receive what we needed immediately. Communicating via Whatsapp was more convenient than a hotel. In the morning, the chef came and prepared breakfast and even did the dishes, which made the mothers very happy. We had bought many snacks and gifts that needed to be boxed, and when we couldn't find packing tape late at night, we requested it from the butler, who got it for us the next day. If we visit Vietnam again, we would definitely stay here again. It was a shame that we couldn't use the main pool much due to the rain, but we want to come back when it's not the rainy season. The location is between Da Nang and Hoi An, so we went to Hoi An twice during our stay. The massage shop also provided pickup service, which was nice. This accommodation is perfect for large families. Highly recommended!

United Kingdomwe received excellent service from staff members Xuan, Huong and Tracy. They set up a chat group to communicate with us from the first day of our stay and were very attentive to our needs. When we needed ice to enjoy beer together at the villa, Xuan butler immediately went to buy it for us, even though it was raining. We were truly grateful. Their response was quick and efficient. The villa's pool was pleasant and warm, and the beach was within walking distance. They even provided buggy car rides to the beach (operates from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa

Hong Kongthis resort is perfect for family travel if you don't mind a bit old facilities. I think the customer service here is amazing. Firstly, the staff waited at the villa to welcome us, and they are so kind. We had many questions during our 2-day stay, but butler Huong, chef Xuan (they were very polite and wonderful 👍👍👍), and a young female manager solved them quickly. It was my mother's birthday, and they surprised us with a small, lovely cake. Thank you very much for this thoughtfulness. We loved the swimming pool and the beach so much. I visited in May, so it often rained in the afternoon, but it cleared up quickly. After the rain, the sea was cooler and more beautiful. Must visit!!!

United StatesThe Villa need some upgrade and maintenance. Some of the lights were not working
My Family of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids - 10 & 8 y.o) loved the resort. We got a unit with 3 bedrooms. Very well equipped - washing machine, refrigerator, private swimming pool, microwave, Cable TV in every room, wifi. The private beach and water were clean. Not too far from Hoi An and Danang City.

South KoreaThere are no convenience stores within the resort, although you can order items for direct delivery. However, I think it would be more convenient for guests if there were one available
You might think that it's a bit far from the main city, but because of that, you can have an incredibly peaceful vacation here. All the staff were very kind. I highly recommend the in-villa BBQ. The food is truly fantastic, and the staff prepared everything for us, even cleaning up afterward. We booked a 2-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and clean with a private pool. My children love it, and, most importantly, I would like to thank your staff for their exceptional support. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there to help promptly
