I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and quality of this apartment. Edward & Ruby are very friendly and enthusiastic. The apartment is equipped with high-class furniture, spacious and comfortable space, with beautiful sea views. The swimming pool is another highlight, with a beautiful view and comfortable space. I had a relaxing and wonderful stay here! Will come back to meet the lovely people here.

There's nothing better than staying at this apartment. The luxurious and well-equipped interior makes you feel right at home. The stunning ocean view from the balcony and bedroom creates a relaxing and comfortable space. The host Edward is very friendly and supportive, making my stay truly memorable. The pool with its ocean view is the highlight of this apartment; I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there. I will definitely come back again!

Pool water needs to be a bit warmer and can be windy on the pool side, at time can be cold.

The reception and host were very active and helpful. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. It had 3 large beds in a two bedroom apartment which meet the needs of the family. The air conditioner and water pressure were great. We used the washing machine and dryer many times, it was very useful especially with kids. The pool service were good, we were able to order takeouts to consumed there. Kids love to pool especially with the toddler pool. Amazing room view with beach.

Definitely recommend staying here. The suite was beautiful, spacious and modern. Each room was clean and everything we would need was provided. Plates, utensil, even combs and razors in the bathroom. Great communication from Edward, Ruby and everyone else from the beginning of the booking til checkout letting us know they were there whenever we needed anything. Was a breeze checking in and out. Highly recommend staying here over a typical hotel. The value and personal service makes staying here a no brainer.

Staying at the luxury apartment near the beach was a delightful experience. The full amenities provided added convenience, and the stunning sea view from the apartment was truly captivating. The highlight, however, was the beautiful rooftop pool, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The apartment and the building in general may need a refresh soon. Eg some of the plugs are not working and the washer/dryer need a thorough clean. The immediate stretch of the beach in front of hotel is quiet with limited activities. The view was ok but nothing to shout about

Super friendly and helpful hosts. When we asked if the apartment has a toaster, the hosts immediately got us a toaster. The apartment is very spacious and a 5 min walk to the beach. Very good value for money given the space and location.

The property is very well maintained and attended to. Its in the Altara Suites, which (I believe) is a common building with Four Points Sheraton. The apartment is located at a high floor with amazing views and close to the beach (although I did not visit it). I travelled with a young family and when we arrived it was bucketing down. Ruby (host) met us at the reception and was super helpful in getting us settled in. Edward, was constantly in touch via WhatsApp too. They are just amazing hosts! Assisting at every level! Great work, folks!! The house is beautifully kept, two very large rooms, one with ensuite, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Do note, kitchen has all the utensils & cutlery but it does not have any essentials (barring tea, coffee) like milk, salt etc. However, that was hardly an issue. There is a mart (Nina Mart) right behind the property. For all the Aussie folks, its just like a fully furnished apartment you will get here locally. Hot water, Aircon, TVs, Apple TV, etc. etc. Whats more, even the house keeping lady came in bang on time! :-) There is a good swimming pool (free) + dining options (buffet, payable) + gym (payable). Lots of options to eat a short Grab drive, we never used the dining option. The property is 45mins drive from Bana Hills, about 20mins from Marble mountains and 50-55mins from Hoi An. Given we ran into rainy days and without this apartment, kids would have suffocated for space. This place and hosts are awesome! I don't do many reviews but not doing one here would be just wrong! PS - I took the pictures post kids had already having jumped around :-)

Edward and Ruby are so friendly and supportive. They just make us feel familiar, like family. A large apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with all the facilities a family needs. When I woke up every morning, the first thing I saw was the mountain and the ocean. The scene just made me relaxed and peaceful, which was good energy for a new day. Besides that, at night, it became very romantic as the city lights twinkled. Swimming pool on the rooftop for adults and kids with a nice sea view while the beach is in front of the apartment. There are many options for us to enjoy swimming. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with family. I will definitely choose this apartment when I go back here.

Room allocated I would not recommend due to it being next to the main lifts and you can hear them operating all the time, especially late night, early morning. Hence avoid appartment 2206 We stayed 5 nights cpuld have moved after 2 when we complained but by then had unpacked so was a hassle. Room was cleaned every 2 days and we got fruit offered to compensate issue. Still check the room when arriving. Rated still 9 albeit for this issue.

Good appartment shared in altara suites building. Get 2 rooms and bathrooms, small kitchen space for same cost as a hotel room at four points sheraton (same building) Get keys, checkout easy and both Edward, Ruby supportive on any requests.
