We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaAdditional payments without any discounts for the roof top activities. House keeping is extremely early, especially for europeans, there is no sign “do not disturb”. No plates in the apartment.
Unbelievable view. I took mountain view, I can’t even imagine how sea view is amazing. Rooftop swimming pool is awesome. Every night dance parties with a nice music. All kinds of stores, entertainments, sightseeings and amazing beach are around the hotel. Messages with all details from the reception.

United KingdomA few things. Firstly the elevators really need sorting out and by the sounds of it this has been an issue for years. You can be waiting sometimes 10 minutes just to go to your room or back down again, with crowds of people also waiting. Secondly, this hotel is advertised as if it has a rooftop pool that is accessible to everyone. It actually costs £5 each time you’d like to go up there, and food and drinks cost a fortune- there’s much more affordable rooftop bars and pools about in Nha Trang. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because we were under the impression that the rooftop pool was included in the price of the stay which made it less good value for money for us. Yes they have another pool but it’s always packed and it’s not in the sun anyway. Finally, I do feel like the staff could’ve been more polite, it didn’t feel like a very welcoming hotel really.
Really nice room (Mountain View) with comfortable bed and good amenities. Cleaners came each day and the bathroom was really good.

RomaniaLocated in a very noisy area, definitely not the place to stay if you want some rest too. Also the apartments are run down, I was greated by a torn curtain and unwashed since the hotel was probably opened. I was put in a smoking room although I have booked for a non-smoking one, then there was a very strong sewage smell coming into the room from the bathroom and their solution was to bring me in the room an air freshener which would irritate my throat at night. I booked for 4 nights and had to check out after two days for the mentioned reasons and when I asked for a partial refund I was refused on grounds of booking completed. The staff is dismissing and not very helpful. The apartments are located in a 40 floors building and everything that contains the word Panorama in its name is located in that same building together with the Empyrean hotel. The presentation pictures have been clearly brushed or date back since the hotel was opened, as everything looks fresh and new completely the opposite of what I have found there. All in all, it was a very disagreeable stay and I do not recommend the Oceanfront Panorama to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Nha Trang.
It's easy accessible and a short walk to the beach.
