The cost of replacing a glass I accidentally broke - 50,000 VND was too expensive for this cheap glass.

The hotel staff here were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Easy to communicate with.

The bed was okay, but the pillows were too soft and would sink in after lying on them for awhile.

Amazing homestay/hotel in city centre of Danang. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the get go. Was added to a WhatsApp group with the staff who were so helpful and friendly at all times. The apartment was clean, had it's own kitchenette, big and comfortable bed with 2 washer/driers free of charge in a common area. The staff we able to give restaurant recommendations, arrange scooter rental, help with laundry and taxis. Overall great stay, would recommend for anyone coming to Danang.

If I need to write something as a tiny negative, someone turned the drier off in the middle of the night when our clothes were drying, they also turned the other drier off which had someone else's clothes in, but the staff during the day helped us sort it out, very minor issue and not a complaint at all, it's not really a controllable from the hotel.

Fantastic location, only a short walk away from the dragon bridge. All of the staff here were amazing. They were very attentive and genuinely cared about your making sure you have a great experience, but at the same time.give you plenty of freedom to do your own thing. Great facilities, it has everything you need including a washer/drier.

I loved everything about this place, especially Minh and her crew who made sure everything was just perfect. My room was massive and very clean. I also liked the location of the hotel - it’s right in the city center (lots of food options) and it takes 5 minutes by scooter to get to the beach.

All was great. Just ensure that the room key does not turn off the AC during warm weather.

The host Minh was very very helpful. I had an issue with my flights and she ensured to help and checked on me even when it was late. She even offered to order some food incase I was hungry. Then all along my stay she and her team were extremely caring and helped to make me comfortable in their lovely hotel. Would go back and stay in this place in a heartbeat.

We didn't like how rooms did not have a way to indicate to room service whether to clean or leave undisturbed. We had to answer the door a few times when housekeeping came by whilst we were still in the room.

We thought the host was very nice. The room was quite large and pretty. The size of the fridge was good and although we did not use it we appreciated that a kitchen was provided. The clothes washing service was also excellent and quick.

Even though the hotel and the room were excellent, the staff was truly what set this place apart. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. In one instance I had an issue with food poisoning due to the food I ate somewhere, the staff went above and beyond I'm helping me get medicine, ordering food, and checking up with me to make sure I was okay. This is service that would come from a 5* hotel! I will definitely push all my friends and family to book this place if they ever go to Da Nang.

Staff and also my friends (Huyen and mingshu) are superb and amazing. they are considerate, helpful, open-minded and willing to communicate. staying here for two days made me feel like going home. honestly speaking, when you travel alone in a new place, nothing is more important than having a trustworthy local friend. you guys just made all these experiences unforgettable. thank you again for being patient and caring. would love to come back again:)
