- unsteady WiFi connection 20% highspeed 80% very low to zero - there's no private beach as mentioned in the facilities Small things, not a mistake but it would be nice to: - have a body lenght mirror in the room - less lunch food and more breakfast type food for the morning, more fruits - housekeeping knocked on our door when we left "do not disturb" sign outside

All staff were very polite and efficient. You couldn't hope for a better location. Right amongst the bars and restaurants but not noisy in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Other guests who did not abide the non-smoking policy. I found this extremely rude and disrespectful to the staff who were trying to ensure the comfort of guests. There are designated areas for smokers outside the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Helpful, engaging, and friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure you have the best possible stay. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped us with our Vietnamese, recommendations, and finding solutions to problems. Ciara, Minh, Grace, Henry, Sara, William, and Andrew. Excellent front line staff. Breakfast is generous and has many options. Thank you to the chefs and restaurant staff. We used the rooftop pool to cool off almost every day The location is excellent. The area has everything you need to experience Da Nang life.

It is great located, close to the beach and also night market and some happening on the street. To the main night market and dragon bridge, there is around 50 minutes od of walk or 10 minutes if you go by car/motor bike. The staff was really caring and was always there for us.

Housekeeping responsible were avoiding proper cleaning of shower and that’s why we have in both rooms issue with water flooding. After calling few times to reception he was coming and fixing issue that can be easily fixed during daily cleaning Slow Wi-Fi

Furniture is old, but at least everything was clean. I did not like the breakfast. Continental breakfast options were very limited. Also, almost no fruits.

The bathroom lighting, especially the mirror, is dark. The hand shower holder placement is weird, and you can't adjust it. I wish the pool was open till 9 or 10 p.m.; it's closed at 7 p.m., which is a bummer.

Clean, large and comfy bed and room. A very cute balcony. Great location, very close to the eateries and the beach. Helpful staff. The breakfast was okay.

There was a hole in the shower tray so the bathroom flooded when using it but it would dry quickly so wasn't an issue when leaving for the day or going to bed.

The staff are amazing. So lovely. Nice location in the heart of Da Nang. Short stroll to the beach. Breakfast buffet was great and changed daily. The staff really are beautiful people. Lovely pool at the top of the building.

It can get quite loud until ~1130pm at night due to some karouke(s) near the hotel. So those turning in early might find it disturbing.

The staff were amazing. They were really friendly and very helpful. Room is clean and as advertised. Location is quite convenient and next to My Khe beach. There is also a new walking street coming back right beside (but this is still very new with limited stalls during out stay). There were many good eateries around the area as well.

Staff were attentive. Room fantastic for very low price. I chose cheapest room as only one nite and didn't think would be in it much. Should have chosen balcony as more light. Breakfast was full buffet choice - best I've seen in 2 months.
