The only thing is the aircon doesn't get super cold during the hottest season but there is a fan in the room (impressive!) which helps a lot too. So in the end, it's still comfortable. It's quitie a walk from the main road and it can get quite dark but you know it is just locals living there so it's really safe.

I could go on and on... Internally, the room is big, toilet bowl is so new and clean. Shower water pressure is strong, temperature is constant, as warm or cold as you want, bed is spacious, plenty of hangers, daily room-make-up and towel change, toiletries provided, lovely balcony. Externally, the view of the pool is stunning. Feels like a small but safe community. Mornings look so good. Plants and flowers are well-maintained. You'll never have to worry about breakfast as they provide you with it every single day for quite a long duration. Staff is friendly. I really can't ask for more.

Palm Bay was a lovely hotel tucked back off the main road. A short walk onto the main road for dozens of places to eat, etc, but quiet and secluded. The pool was lovely, and a great place to chill out in the evening. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and the on-site moped rental was particularly useful for us! Would recommend!

A bit far from the beach, bars and restaurants, but you can rent a motorbike at the property, so it is not a problem.

Only minor inconvenience - parents room was placed in the upstairs villa which made it a bit hard for them to bring up their luggage and walk upstairs every day, as they are older. Location wasn't the best - was a bit far from most common attractions meaning we had to catch a taxi each time.

Clean and modern villa really comfortable stay and pool was awesome and aesthetic. Had nice breakfast with a view upstairs too. Front desk was helpful with providing information and ideas and arranging tours. Taxis able to enter the property too for easy pick up.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us get taxis and were able to rent scooters through them. They were very kind to our daughter and made her feel special and like family. She now refers to them as her Vietnamese family.

The property is managed and owned by local family. Superb service and quality of the resort. High standards of hygiene. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Bike rental, taxi/tour arrangements and laundry service. Great swimming pool which is well maintained. Fresh breakfast with variety of local food and western food. 10-15min walk from beach. Good Local restaurant 5-10min away.

The resort is a little way out of town, but there were many shops and restaurants nearby so this wasn't a major issue for us.

Great buffet breakfast. Nice, near new, resort hotel with large swimming pool and about a 20 minute leisurely walk to a nice safe beach. The owners and staff were wonderful and my wife and I loved our stay here. We intend to return next year for a much longer stay, this resort was the absolute highlight of our 4.5 week trip to Vietnam. Thank you Palm Bay Resort!

It is very cozy and beautiful. All staffs are very kind and helpful. I really thankful for all of you. During my stay here is wonderful. It is very cheap and good enough. Very near to good beach and so many restaurants. It is comfortable for small babies, because when u just go out and there is fool. I can reading book and look after your children. It would be nice to have a non-transparent door and windows facing the pool. There are blinds though, but it makes the room darker.

Lovely place with a garden and a pool. Room is nice, shower is good. Convenient to have breakfast at the property. You can rent a bike. The staff is always there to help you. There are a number of restaurants and massage places within walking distance. Location is good for traveling to any part of the island since it’s in the middle. Very good value for money.

I missed having a bedside light for reading at night in the room. This is a wonderful hotel that is also good value for money. Everything was very, very good!

This is a very well designed and managed small resort hotel. The entire staff are very helpful and skilled at their jobs. The standout was Pink ( pronounced Ping ) who handles reception, assisting at breakfast and sometimes even helps out with housekeeping when the hotel is busy. The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely Vietnamese family who apparently had no prior experience in the hotel industry. You would never know it from the smooth running of this jewel of a hotel. Everything was perfect; from the room, to the pool, to the variety of the breakfasts, to airport transfers and I could go on! I routinely review hotels in SE Asia and never give a 10 rating. This hotel deserves it, but I reserve this highest rating for an experience without parallel. I have never enjoyed a stay as much as this wonderful hotel. Thank you for such a great experience in Phu Quoc.
