This place was amazing! Highly recommend. Big, comfortable, clean rooms in a lovely peaceful setting, but close enough to the main road. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff, particularly the two women on reception, were absolutely brilliant.

The most wonderful place to stay. Beautiful gardens and pool, very well maintained and very clean. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the shower has plenty of pressure. The hotel is small and private which we absolutely loved - so peaceful and quiet but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and spas a few minutes walk away. A great hub to get around from - you can hire mopeds on site - we took a trip to Khem beach for the day it takes 25 mins to get there on a scooter. They also have on site laundry which is very cheap and fast. Most of all, the staff are absolutely lovely - so happy and friendly - they couldn’t do more to help. Thanks so much for welcoming us!

The property was new. The rooms are cleaned, comfy bed and nice swimming pool right in the front door. Staff and the owner were friendly. The shuttle airport pickup was a plus.

The facilities are beautiful, the pool is just amazing and we used it day and night cause it was so hot! The staff was outstanding, helped us in everything we needed. We had dinner there sometimes, it was delicious and affordable, I wish we didnt have a flight to catch and could have stayed longer!!

We had a really nice stay here. The room was spacious, the bathroom small but clean and great water pressure! The breakfast was amazing! You could choose between different foods like pho, omelet or even burger. The pool is also really nice and inviting to relax on the sin chairs :) overall great

In love with this hotel! Beautiful setting, super comfortable rooms, big beds, nice shower, great pool, great free breakfast options (not sure what the negative comments are about), and most of all super attentive staff. The manager was a lovely lady who was really keen to make our stay best as possible, would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The only small thing missing was that for the ground floor rooms, we didn't have outside furniture to sit nor somewhere to hang and dry our clothes (swimsuits, pool towels). But that's easily fixable for sure!

Absolutely perfect! The resort is beautiful, comfortable and well located in Phu Quoc. Our room was cleaned everyday which we enjoyed a lot. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the pool was lovely! I would 100% recommend this resort.

Maybe best choice when you want to have super comfortable and modern "resort" and you don't like a lot of people and long distance for services and equipment. All was great, super clean and comfortable accommodation, great pool, super staff and all services (all for fair price - scooter 150k, meal 50k, beer 25 😁)

The property is very clean and very nice view of nature and pool. All of staff are very friendly and supportive. I cannot speak Vietnamese at all, they try to understand when speaking English. The location is close to the KINGKONG MART and night market. I would like to come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Bay resort. The resort itself is very beautiful, the pool area is really nice and clean. They have and incredible staff which will make everything happen for you to have an unforgettable stay. Many thanks from the 3 German girls! We loved the time there and would definitely recommend to stay here.

This resort exceeded my expectations. It is so quiet and peaceful. The pool area is amazing, the staff is so lovely, and there are so many options for breakfast as well which was so nice! The resort is located in a nice, quiet area of the island with nice cafes, restaurants, and spas nearby, as well as the beach is only about a 15-minute walk. The staff helped book tours around the area, give recommendations on places to go or where to eat, and even provide transportation to the airport for an extra cost.
